   Not at all better than a ChatGPT or Gemini subscription. The “7$ discount” for signing up is not a discount, they only give you 14k tokens instead of 20k that they will the next month when they charge you 10$. On top of that I used abacus app to do some code work and within 3 hours I was out of tokens until July. SCAM is what it almost is and i was pretty sure it was going to be something along those lines based on the fact they don’t tell you the token allotments before signing up but claim they give a lot more than other platforms. Don’t waste your money or time on this junk. It takes ChatGPT 10 minutes what their gpt 5.3 codex took 2-3 hours to do and used up all prompts tokens. I will also never do anything from a YouTuber recommendation again so good job there. Your resale of LLM access is a ripoff.

   Отказались вернуть деньги. У сервиса нет политики возврата средств. Фактически они ничего не гарантируют. Токены заканчиваются очень быстро, а практическое использование было неудачным. Я полностью оплатил первый месяц. Отменил продление, но они все равно списали средства и сообщили, что у них нет в логах моей отмены. Фактически скрыли намеренно.

   Ugh!!!!. After this last update I can no longer use the app unless my VPN is off. This app has just become worthless. Fix this!!

   Did not ask, surprise. A new format of communication was introduced upon opening the app. It was the most convenient way to communicate- by voice. I read my message that I wanted polished and Ai read back a wonderful polished version. Unfortunately, it could not type it up so I had no way of receiving the wonderfully made polished version. Can this be fixed?

   Sloppy. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and the deep agent is the only usable one. Gemini responses from here is absolute trash. The app is glitchy the support doesn't do anything. The AI SLOP is so abundant

   Payment required. Like anything that’s too good to be true… This requires a monthly payment in order to use, Period. You literally cannot access or do anything on it unless you pay for it monthly. Just gonna put that out there.

   Love ChatLLM. But GitHub login doesn’t work in app. One little problem is the difference between 1 star and 5. I use Abacus AI’s ChatLLM almost every single day from my web browser. I’d love to install it on my phone, tablet and as a desktop app, but I’m stopped dead in my tracks because the Login with GitHub option is only available for the browser and not for the app. This means I can’t log in, my paid subscription and my chats + projects aren’t accessible, and ultimately that means this app is useless for me. So, 1 star. Please fix this.

    Issues with billing. Haven’t received a receipt for payment. No email confirmation about any changes to my account. No proper subscription management. Issues with cancellation. When i asked for resolution, they generated me an insulting message. I never experienced such an unprofessional customer service. This app is a huge attempt to scam you for subscription by not giving you proper tools to manage it.

    Can’t signup with gmail ?. Can’t signup with gmail using the abacus website and there’s no way I’m going to trust you with my Apple or Microsoft or google account info.

    Long response user experience needs work. As a power user I want to read responses as they are written at my own pace as the response is being fully rendered off screen. Right now I have to wait for the ai to generate the response fully then scroll up to then read and scroll down. Suuuper annoying and makes the app basically unusable. I would give it zero if I could.

    Basic Functionality. The mobile app works but compared to the other AI mobile apps, the functionality is quite basic. Most functionality is reserved for the desktop. So things like projects don’t exist in mobile. It could be a top top app. But it isn’t. It’s just distinctly average in what is a crowded market.

    Nothing working on Deep agent. Initially, I thought this was amazing. Deep agent seems to be able to create amazing things.. but the problem starts when you deploy what it’s created. Nothing works. Nothing is editable and nothing is downloadable so everything it is creating is totally useless. To try and fix all of its problems and try and get it to make my website editable and to make the workbook downloadable it has used up all my credits for the pro version of this which is 24,000 credits in about three days. It just keeps updating things using credits up thousands of them at a time and nothing much changing the other end to the live site, and I’m still unable to download the workbook it created. This software could have the potential to be absolutely fantastic, but it’s totally useless if you can’t use any of the stuff created At the moment, I’m very disappointed .

    Freezing Constantly For Images. The restrictions on this app are extreme. It is, at best, a family friendly search engine. If freezing and family’s friendly is what you’re after it could be not bad. A paid product should have the ability to make images that are political commentary. The thing refuses to use faces of public people and claims ethics. Most Art IS controversial. This thing is made by communists or cowards with no spine.

    Fail. So far to go.. Trying to use this app with my new RayBan AI glasses. Really disappointing, both with the glasses and this app. Any chance of an AI revolution is still a long way off. Give me a call in the next 20 or 30 years, but then I know you can’t do recurring reminders….
