   What's happened?. I used to use this all the time but in the past few days it tells me it cannot download my pictures. I am having no issues with any other app. Please fix this of I will have to cancel my subscription. Update. It's still the worst app I've had the misfortune to subscribe to. Slow. Crashes. It tells me my internet connection is slow but NO other photo app has an issue with it. Do yourself a favour. Avoid this one.

   Zero stars. This app had a choice to get 7 days “FREE” trial, I cancel the subscription the same day so I won’t forget to cancel it. It’s charging me 9.99 dollars for what??? I cancelled before the damn trial ended. Now I have to pay 9.99 so I can update my apps because of this dumb app that’s charging me, I reported to Apple but they aren’t responding to me or anything . How frustrating… I can’t update anything. What a waste! Never ever downloading this app again, they are a bunch of scam!!

    Wish I could give 0 stars. Literally doesn’t work. Bought the subscription for literally no other reason than to unblur an image, and the unblur/enhance feature did literally nothing. Like, LITERALLY nothing. Don’t waste your money. This is a scam. Just glad I realized while I was still in the free trial.

    Be careful - you won’t look at all like you. I just subscribed again for a trial and it charged me for a week. I also used the image upscaler function and it totally turned us into different people. I mean, like horror movie stuff… Try Canva instead.

    They scam you!. I clicked on weekly free trial and they charged me for the week! I have screenshots of it missing. Now only the yearly free trials are left. They stole $9.99 from me! Don’t use this app

    Rarely able to open app and when it does open it crashes immediately.. Paid almost a year ago for the “pro” version, and was able to use it for what I needed it for a week. Just went to try and use it again, and after downloading the version update, I was unsuccessful at getting the app to open. It did open once, but I was only allowed the “free” version, and it crashed immediately. Each time thereafter, either I couldn’t open it at all, or when it did open it crashed immediately. Not happy about having paid for something that doesn’t work.

    They make it IMPOSSIBLE to teach support. The software is okay although it’s got a habit of doing weird things to people’s faces, like lightening their eye color, only enhancing faces, and adding facial hair where there shouldn’t be. In my experience, it does a good job in colorizing black and white prints although the algorithm must be referenced to White people because there’s always a pinkish skin tone. The descratching (or whatever it’s called) function works pretty well if there aren’t too many. Over the last two weeks, my app doesn’t load. I tried reach out to their tech support. My main issue is, there’s NO way I have found to get technical support. You click on the “Support” link and it simply describes the features. I googled the company and their website h gives you the same circular run-a-round. Does anyone have a phone number or link that allows a customer to reach a live person?
