   Free trial to accidental subscription. I used this free trial for about 2 days and then forgot to cancel it. My plants weren’t identified directly and diagnosis wasn’t super effective. I found a better app for my vegetable garden but sadly got charged before I could cancel and Apple won’t refund my request. I’m sure it’s fine for some people but sadly just thought it would be more helpful for a new backyard vegetable gardener and can’t manage to get a refund despite reporting an accidental renewal within 10 minutes of realizing my trial had run out and I was charged.

   Terrible for identifying plants. I wanted to like & use this app but it failed immediately in identifying plants in my garden. For example identifying the my perennial flowering catmint plant as alfalfa and then as chaste tree. 🤦🏼‍♀️

   Works, don’t need another app trying to take my $$. I can avoid all the extra cost and premiums, but it’s a plant id & care app… I didn’t mean to download an online plant shop that requires a monthly subscription with extra advertisements.

    Bot driven. This app doesn’t function as a quick reference quite to plant identification AND care . It directs you to a forum of others with knowledge on a plethora of different types of plants. That in itself is ok but not as useful when time is limited.

    Frustrated. I have had this app for a couple years. Then yesterday it asked me to sign in. When I did, it created a new account. I keep trying to sign in but it goes no where unless I create a new account.

    Used to be good, not anymore. This app used to be free, with good identification qualities and an ability for easy addition to a watering schedule. Not anymore. This is now just a paid app where they slap AI in it to make someone money. Don’t use it!

    Why it is 2 stars. It could not identify my plant and gave me random answers and then I could not change what is was AND there is just bots to " be friends with" and in all is just not a great app to download so save the time and DONT get it.The only thing that was good was that I could set reminders to water my plant at least I thought but turns out that we need to pay like 20$ a month for "V.I.P" stuff and the real reason it is a 2 and not a 1 is because there is like one good thing.

    Peach sorbet. Just downloaded the app and was looking for a diagnosis for my newly planted peach survey blueberry plant has brown spots on the leaves and I need to know what action I need to take

    Not user friendly - and I’m a young millennial. I had high hopes for this app as it came highly recommended. The thing is, I find it so difficult to maneuver as the platform is not user friendly. Perhaps I need more straight forward information and to click on items I need right away rather than click click click to get to where I need as I have to on Greg. I’m tech savvy as a young millennial and that’s saying something about this app. I don’t want to dig around, for things I need like a watering schedule or identify plant and care instructions. I’ll pass on this app.

    Garbage. Scan all your plants, then find out that reminders are a paid feature. Trash app. Misleading.

    Good app but they lied about everything.. When I got this app I was under the impression that it was a free app. However as soon as I got into it and started to use it I realized that I had to pay for everything that was advertised to me as free.Just under the title it says Identity,Diagnose & Reminders and the app is advertised as free but you have to pay for diagnose and reminders .The app worked just fine for identifying plants but if you want anything else this is not the app to get at all.

    Login. I don’t necessarily want to login using apple or SMS but it makes me choose those options. I would love it if you could just login with email instead.

    Ai and plant ID never foolproof. I have 100’s if not thousands of succulents and when I started inputting them it got the majority of them wrong. Just like most AI identifiers it cannot recognize the vast plethora of varieties and hybrids that are present in the succulent theater. Would not recommend for accurate ID. I cannot attest to the other features but I suspect the watering calculator to be faulty as well. I recommend not purchasing until you are aware of usefulness.

    Everything costs money there is not a free option to use the app. I got my plant and it had a QR code to this app saying free plant care but there is a pay wall for everything

    100% subscription. They advertise as an app to remind you to water your plants but does not advertise that even sending an reminder ONCE is money???
