   Couldnt ID poison ivy. I remembered the "leaves of 3 let it be" so I downloaded this app to verify before I started ripping some unwanted plants out of my yard. The app said they were ash and box elder. I got poison ivy anyway. Don't rely on it!

   The worst I give. Don’t download this app. The identification is iffy at best and the will charge you $7.99 a week. That is absolutely absurd. I give it 1 star. Thumbs down.

    The plants. It does not tell the right plant and if you want to know about the plant it tells you nothing about it, you also have to pay to do certain things on the app.😡👎🏻

    Doesn’t do the trick. This app constantly misidentifies plants, says plants are healthy when they are not, says plants are unhealthy when they are, gives incorrect information on watering, etc…. I’m a master gardener. The reason I got the app was to cross reference knowledge. This app is not worth the money!

    Can’t identify my fruit trees. I have peach, pear and apple trees. The app mistaken them all as something else.

    Weekly subscription. Just skip downloading this app. If you subscribe and forget it about it as they hope you will, you will be charged $8 per week. Just avoid it all together and save your money. The app itself is not great at recognizing plants and there is little information on the ones it does.

    Tree ID isn’t accurate. Identified all of my shrubs and trees as the same tree when clearly they weren’t. This might be a great for indoor and outdoor plants.

    Misidentified my Palm!. The leaves/fronds were not a match at all! I pictured an outdoor palm- this app identified as an indoor palm..,not $ubscribing!

    Beware!. After your 3-day trial-this app charges you 7.99 a week automatically!! I gave up after the first time I used it because nothing was being identified correctly. I used the app to email and cancel but it didn’t! I really hope they will make this right and refund my money (over $300-NOT OK!)

    Bad. This app can’t identify a plant correctly and if the plant needs help it had no idea. I do not recommend, and the price is pretty steep for something that isn’t accurate.

    Fraudulent. I signed up for a free trial and canceled 10 minutes later because it didn’t work. Noticing that I’ve been charged $7.99 4-5 times a month since mid August for something I didn’t sign up for and have never used. I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Apple unless something is done.

    SCAM. Do not get this app. It did not work the day I downloaded it and so I canceled the “free” subscription but was still charged a week. They claim in responses to reviews that you have to go in your phone settings to cancel yet they make sure those instructions are not available in the actual app. I know for a fact I canceled and the app said my subscription would end the following week yet they were still able to charge me and contacting Apple, they make you wait for a 48 hour review to see if they will refund. Apple trying to tell me that they don’t see the cancel on their end until the day I filed the dispute. Because the app is a scam and makes you think you canceled in-app just to scam you out of money. Clicking the manage subscription button in-app, there should be a clear message there saying you have to go in your settings on your phone and cancel. This message only shows up AFTER they scam you out of a week at $7.99. SCAM!!!!

    Not free. I specified free, got a free trial. Also, posted picture of the plant which is coming up in my backyard, and the “matches” look nothing like it. Disappointing. Canceling.

    The worst. I have had this app since July 2022 and it has not successfully identified a plant yet. Started with plants I didn’t know and it just was not making sense so I used it on plants I do know. I pointed it to a zebra grass and got back it was a rose. I could understand it it were in the same category but that’s not even close. Not going to run through the list but it’s extensive. And you can’t cancel in the app, they force you to call. Paid for the year but come July this baby is gone gone gone. You’ve been warned. 🌺
