   $50 a year, or $10 PER WEEK??. I get that a weekly subscription would be more expensive, but 10x more expensive than the yearly subscription is absurd

   Not Free…. App Store indicates does not indicate this is a 7 day trial for a subscription based purchase. Once into the app it channels you to the subscribe or start the trial. I closed the app and deleted. Script on App Store should clearly indicate what version type is being downloaded.

   Disappointed. I cancelled this before the renewal and am still being charged. Come to find out it’s AI slop, and I’m charged for features I don’t use. I cancelled it correctly but it has my card in a holding period please stop the charges.

   Inaccurate Identifications. I am big into plants and gardening. I just downloaded this app to give it a shot. Tested it first with 5 plants in my garden that I already know what they are. It identified every single one incorrectly. 0/5

    Typical. Like so many other apps, they waste a few minutes of your time asking you stuff BEFORE telling you it requires a subscription. I don’t mind paying a subscription sometimes for stuff I find valuable but be upfront about it instead of asking you a questionnaire and to give them a rating before you even use the app

    Deceptive rating structure. Gotta love the intro that includes “thanks for leaving a 5 star review!” that forces you to accept leaving the 5 star rating before you can even open the app. No thanks. Deleted.

    Not Accurate. I took a pic of my Aplomado Falcon, it was identified as an American Kestrel, not even close, I took a pics of my Trident Maple Bonsai, it was identified as Pacific Poison Oak, WRONG!!

    Inaccurate- couldn’t even ID plants correctly. I hoped I could get a diagnosis for issues with houseplants and outdoor plants. It would either say “healthy plant” (which missed clear indications of a problem) and/or identified the plant incorrectly. Anytime it gave a diagnosis, it was a standard diagnosis that included every possibility. You still had to figure out which issue your plant is having. Too much or too little water, stress, too much or too little light, maybe a bug issue. Really? That’s not helpful. No thanks…don’t waste your time. It’s difficult to cancel the app subscription/ free trial!

    Unable to restore. I bought the Life Time subscription of this app which they no longer offer. And I can’t restore my subscription so the only offer is to start a new one which I’m not going to. I’ve emailed asking about this however nobody’s reached back out. Very disappointed because I enjoyed the app.

    Scam. Despite the fact that I configured the app to remind me before it renewed, it did not. By default, it charges your account $9.99 a week. If you get this, cancel right away, or you will find that you paid $10 to use the app for two weeks (one week free and the next when you forgot to cancel in time).

    Deceitful Deceptive Money Grab. I downloaded the app and read the most recent reviews. This is just another pick pocket pretending to be a friendly source of information. I have plenty of books that I can use for free, and I know nurseries who freely share information without having to get blindsided by a subscription. When the grid goes down I keep using my personal plant library while your subscribers have nothing to show for their hundreds of dollars in fees. This is only suitable for a beginner or a lazy nursery owner. PS after reading the ten Most recent reviews of this app I DELETED it without hesitation. I’m ashamed of Apple for allowing this but what can one expect from a man who presents a trophy to the White House for preferential business treatment.

    Why make me waste my time if it’s not free. I hate wasting my time filling out a dumb quiz for it to slap a price in my face. Nice touch to try to get a review before it shows me the price tag too. Just slimy business tactics and I hate it
