   Very disappointed. This app is not what it’s advertised to be. It does not tell you what nutrients or changes your plants need. It barely is able to identify them. I’m very disappointed.

   Blocked?!?!?. It worked great until a few days ago when this message popped up and the app stopped working: “Pl@ntNet services are operating normally but your IP or your country has been blocked by our infrastructure provider. We are sorry for this. You may want to use a VPN or another network for a few days to use the app.”

    Appears to just not work at all. Tried from a domestic wifi in EU and VPN to various countries, but all I got was internal server error or dome other non/descript error.

    Not helpful. This app does nothing but “Identify” plants by the user choosing the name of the plant. Has nothing to diagnose issues or care suggestions. Not worth the time it took to upload, write this and now delete.

    Slow & doesn’t provide immediate data, only options. Even the choices it showed were so tiny I couldn’t see if any of the options looked like the plant I was trying to identify. Very disappointing. I am canceling my subscription and going back to Picture This.

    Foragers BEWARE-Wrong plants being identified. A couple of years ago this was my go to app for cross referencing while foraging but today I would use something else. I tried to identify wild lettuce, Latuca virosa L., and while it appeared as a second option, opium poppy, papavar somniferum L showed up as the first option even though there is no resemblance. Additionally, wild lettuce was consistently misidentified by members as being opium poppy. This is one example and there are many. Foragers BEWARE!

    Doesn’t ID Plants. I must be doing something wrong I TAKE PHOTO, THEN APP asks ME to ID plant from about 10+ far-ranging options! If I knew what it was, I wouldn’t need to ask! I started with a rose plant, and it asked me to tell them which type of rose it was out of about 10+! Then with plant I had no idea what it was, it asked me to ID Plant from about 20 options, ie poison ivy, poison oak or MANY common plants…this is NOT helpful!

    4 years later. Worked great. Now getting error messages that my profile has been blocked by the server. No notice. No explanation so deleted and reinstalled/ checked here for notifications. Waited several days. Same error’s. My nickname? is taken… Where do I submit for problems? Nice while it lasted. Doesn’t seem to have a fix. IDK

    Marge. There is nothing to tell you how to transfer a photo from your gallery to the plant net gallery so you can find out what it is if it’s there I don’t see it so that’s why it got a low score

    Trash. Keeps on crashing and I end up on a loading screen that won’t load for minutes. “Error due to possible ip being blocked” Yeah no thank you, i didnt even have to use it to know it’s already bad

    Need to have to cure for plants. Good app to identify plants but that all it does not worth the money because there is no cure to fix problems with plants. Very disappointed. Plant to cancel app.

    I am not a robot. I really like this app until I had to create an account. I tried many times to create an account and it just kept claiming that I am a robot. Because of this I am now locked out of the app. I am NOT a robot!
