   Subscription. I recently got the free trial and i tried canceling it before it was over but on the website and on its official app there is no way to cancel any subscription. I tried contacting their email but they have never responded. The app doesn’t even work on my computer it only say try again when trying to use it. Do not get this app

    Most backwards ai ever. Honestly has to be the dumbest ai ever, it’s like asking a toddler to answer for me. Don’t even get me started on the energy thing. Like I’m trying to get the answer but I’m in a whole side quest. Genuinely the worst ai.

    CHATGPT is better. Honestly I don’t think it understands pictures and it definitely doesn’t give what you ask of you don’t clarify EVERY detail, not worth it apps like Perplexity and CHATGPT are better.

    Bad Customer Service. Just a heads-up for everyone. If you run into any issues, don’t expect much help from their customer service. I’ve emailed them three times and never got a single response. Honestly, I’m so disappointed. At this point, I’d rather spend $20 a month on ChatGPT — at least that app actually helps. Definitely not wasting another mins here.

    absolutely trash. the ai isnt good at all the answer it gives are mostly wrong unless youre doing easy beginning subjects in which who would, also when talking to the ai after wasting a point on an image just for the answer to be wrong it continues to take away point just for talking to the ai what kind of stupidity is that? the point need to be only for pictures not when trying to talk to the ai this app is the last resort you want to use for ai try another app yall this one is not good at all only thing that is good about this app is how they give away the points but the answer are inaccurate most of the time so it does not matter.

    Disappointing. This app is mediocre at best. I got the subscription just for it to get simple questions wrong over and over. 75% of the time it’ll answer correct. The other 25% it’s just wrong , if I’m paying for a subscription i expect it to be correct 100% of the time, considering I’m not asking it rocket science questions🤦‍♂️
