   It is all a lie and a money grab here is why.. I bought the Life Time Membership. Yep, they got me. I saw it had Gemini and thought it was googles Ai. So I asked it if this is really Googles Gemini. It said No. I asked it when was the last time it was up dated it seems to not know current events?! It said October 2021 is the last time and it Can Not gather information past this point because it does not access the internet. I asked it if I can give it access to the internet? It said no that is impossible it is designed this way. It is not Gemini, nor does the ChatGPT system have any updates! It is a money grab that prays on the unknowing and I hope Google gets wind of you using the name Gemini for one of your Ai modes!

    Unable to use/Unable to contact support. Like others who have paid & have been unable to access premium (or any) service, I too have the same issue. I have reached out multiple times over several methods with no response. The App Support link does not open & the email given to resolve issues comes back as not valid. What now? Finally got access after being told to restore purchase (but mostly it comes back as a pay wall). But now, when I use it, I’m getting a site down for maintenance message.

    Don’t buy premium. I purchased the premium for 1yr and it keeps telling me that I reached the max for the free it never registered the premium, customer service is really bad they don answer on a timely fashion and all they say install and restore your purchase which I have dine multiple times it is frustrating so, if you want to part with your money go for it it doesn’t work.

    Got waving dots, but no output whatsoever. I was looking for Google Gemini but installed this by mistake. It doesn’t work on my iPad (iPadOS 16.7). I give it a prompt, get the waving dots as if it’s doing something, then the dots stop moving with no further output. I foolishly said I’d pay for the “pro” subscription - will cancel immediately.

    Error no matter what I type.. I’m getting a “character limit” error no matter what I type after paying $40 for an annual subscription. I tried via iPhone or iPad. No support. I’m absolute astounded.

Also I tried to ask a single question today, it again pushed me to pay and to rate and then when I tried to close all these intrusive "windows" it wrote "you have used your daily question credit" despite I didn’t receive a single answer for a single question! Looks like a scam. Don’t understand why it has a good rating
