   Money grab. I’ve had this app for years and ever since AI updates my already paid for membership seems to have just up and vanished and now they want more money no thanks there’s free apps just as good.

   App Crashes Way Too Much. I have a premium account and its useless. I have a 7th generation iPad, was running no apps in the background, and the app still forced closed repeatedly. It’s clear that the app has not been built to handle too many errors at one time. I was surprised to see the developer respond that their app rarely crashes with sooo many complaints of the app force closing. If you are adamant on using this app, don’t try to edit more than 3 or 4 sentences at a time.

   Total failure. I got to try this app for a whole 5 minutes. I pasted in my writing I was working on, as I was editing the second word the app highlighted, it forced closed the app. Again I had to start over. After three times of this same issue. Im done. I don’t have time to waste with an app that doesn’t even stay running longer than a couple minutes.

   NOT WORKING- WASTING MONEY. My husband bought a PREMIUM 2.99dollar but it's not working and nobody helps us to fix it. Too many exchanging emails for more than a week but still not fixed. We tried everything but nothing is working. They did not know their apps. Do not buy this. WASTING MONEY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR

    Cheating out paid customers. Ginger, only cheating out customers who already paid for the same service before removing into a premium service! They expect the customer who paid for rephrase service! Obviously! The person who approved that ginger subscription service! Were looking to cheat Apple customer out something they paid for before. Those who paid for ginger before should be grandfathered in lifetime premium service. Not to ask those customers to buy something that been part of the service for since 9-2017. Apple should remove ginger for trying to cheat customers

    Misleading. I’ve already contacted customer service and am not satisfied with the response. I’d prefer a refund, but hopefully someone will benefit from this and save the $8.99 before purchasing it. They no longer have Ginger Keyboard for iOS - you have to type directly into Ginger Page, which means that you have to type in Ginger Page and then copy/paste into other apps or writing software. I was recommended Ginger by someone hoping to save me costs on Grammarly. It looks like I’ll be paying extra for Grammarly, where I can type in ANY app and have corrections, suggestions, and the like come to my attention. Please save your money if you have an iPad or other iOS system.

    Worst app ever !. Try this if you don’t believe me. Complete couple of sentences and then try to edit few words... it suggests few words if you choose one it adds few more remaining letters after the actual word which me annoying every time, try to copy one word, it does copy everything on the page... so on...so on... Called the developer, send actual screen recording, wrote mail, NOTHINGS CHANGED! They did reply one or two times to reinstall and asked again to send them the report BUT IT WAS WASTE OF MY TIME. I am writing this true, honest & my experience about this app I purchase from AppStore and kept in my iPhone for more than a year believing one day things will work well with updates but now I uninstalling it from my phone with no hope.

    Terrible. Bought this app to help with run on sentences when to add conjunction and it did either. Waste of money!! All it shows if if a word is spelling wrong! I phones already do that for free.

    Seriously bad. It would not even replace the “c” with “see” in the demo. It got much worse when I inserted a paragraph in to see what it would do. This app is absolutely pathetic with the replacements it suggests

    Terrible.. This app can’t even handle a chapter from my manuscript without breaking down. I cannot scroll through my document. I will stick with pro writing aid thank you.

    Ho hum. Paid for the app but it doesn’t do much. Ran some paragraphs through it and it didn’t catch obvious errors. I guess I need a fairly expensive subscription to get it to work well? If it doesn’t work well now why would I pay more to have to not work well for much more money?

    Beware!. Please read all information carefully. I purchased this app for a nominal fee just to discover it is a trial offer. If you do not upgrade to a premium level within thirty days of purchase your app is terminated. Very deceptive advertising. Very disappointed.
