   Previous premium user is unsatisfied. I purchased premium feature a few years ago, I like it so much. Now after their ai upgrade, my premium account is gone, I can not restore the feature I had before, it is now only subscription, and I hate it, I don't need those ai feature.

   They make you pay for more nd more. When I 1st got this app I paid for it then it tells me that I have to pay for this that save your time and money go find a different app to use. Use to help with my seizures to control my heart rate when I felt them coming on. My doctor loved the app cuz I was able to show her my heart rate nd everything she needed when I had seizures.

   I purchased the premium version already, but now it won't let me have access!!. I purchased this app's premium version on 3/31/2023 for the then premium price which allowed access to everything. I don't know when the developer jacked up the price so high and locked the accounts that have already paid for the premium price. It does not make sense that I have to pay twice and for subscriptions when I already paid for the full premium amount back in 2023. There isn't even a button to restore the old purchase on this app!! Very unpleasant experience!

   Trial Premium Not Working. Used the free version. Saw a three day trial but none of the measurements work any differently. App does not have a contact. Will look to cancel before the charge or ask for refund. Disappointing.

   App will not measure heart rate or blood oxygen.. I really want to like this app. The features it has seems amazing, the way it’s set up is pretty incredible and it’s customizable to each persons needs based on the reasons each person is wanting to track their health. As far as the app itself, it is a pretty in depth app and there is no instruction about how to use it or tutorial on what different sections are for. I’ve ended up having to google some of the items on there because I’m simply not familiar with what they mean. There are also sections that seem incorrect like dates and calendars that are oddly formatted and not intuitive. The crux of why I most likely won’t be continuing with this app though is for two specific reasons. First, parts of the app don’t function at all, including the heart beat measuring feature. In fact anything that has to do with the camera simply will not work. It shows you what to do, but when you press start the only thing that happens is a haptic feedback saying that it has started, but it never does. A review from several months ago mentioned that it was not working and it clearly has not been fixed in the updates since then. Second, and this is directly related to the first, there is no option for contacting support or way to give feedback on the app. It wasn’t until I came into the App Store to leave a review that I found any way to ask for help. This is simply ridiculous for the amount of money they are ask for as a subscription price. I will leave this feedback here and try to reach out and contact them. But I’m not holding my breath for a reply at this point. UPDATE: I’m unable to reach them through the link for app support in the App Store as the site refuses to load.

    doesn’t work on iPhone 11 Pro Max. In iPhone 11 Pro Max, the app opened the top left camera. Camera image is fine but the app doesn’t detect heartbeat. It doesn’t use the bottom left camera as illustrated. Meanwhile, it works well on my iPhone 15 pro properly, using the bottom left camera as illustrated in the app. It is a bug. Maybe add a setting to select camera.

    Don’t understand. Ok I downloaded app today and took the three day trial. So far it has measured heart rate about 1/2 the time absolutely nothing else. I’m not an ignorant person but maybe something wrong with the download. I’m going to delete and download again. I’m not paying 18 bucks a year that gives me only heart rate 1/2 the time and nothing else. I have a free one that does it 100% of the time. And is always within 2-3 points of my oxygen meter On my finger. If someone can help me tonight fine. If not will be trashed shortly.

    Not working on iPhone 13 after iOS update. After the last iOS update, to fix bugs etc., it stopped working. I clicked on the app and it doesn’t open. When I signed up I paid to unlock the pro features. I will request my money back if it doesn’t start up again.

    Will the Apple Watch complication ever be fixed?. I bought this in order to have a way to monitor my stress levels by looking at my Apple Watch. There is a complication for the app, but it has never worked rendering it useless. It has been years now I don't understand.

    Access to health app won’t stay. I have allowed the data from my health app to be accessed by the app, then seconds later it does not have access again. Also I paid for the pro access and I am getting no data on the stress section, their is no way to figure out why that I can tell. I basically paid for premium access that you have to pay to use other apps to get all the data on this app. It is misleading and confusing. The developer does not review the app data to make it better that is a sign that all he or she cared about was making money.

    Cannot find stress on the phone app. Your app kind of stinks. Specifically the menu stinks and I can never get a heart rate. I do have the watch but cannot find menu features on the phone app that are on the watch.
