   Previous data does not show up on iPhone 14 pro. I have issue with iPhone 14 Pro. Previous issue is, it kept crashing if I tap ‘sync’. Now, it does not even display any data in the ‘overview’. Please fix as I really like and use this app quite often.

   Greed kills everything. Don’t support this company by purchasing this app. At some point they will screw you too. I used CarIQ for years and found it quite helpful. In May of 2022, a change was made to their subscription where they added another level. Instead of notifying current subscribers, they lock the system where only 1 vehicle was now available. My app defaulted to a second vehicle which I don’t have anymore and I could not add new data to my current vehicle. I didn’t notice this change for several weeks and because of this, when I added new data, it went into that old vehicle. Even when I updated my subscription to the higher level, I could not access my current vehicle data.

   Wont import fuelly csv files and support does nothing. As the title says, it wont import csv files despite going through the import process and matching the data entries manually. Support provides no response either

   Decent but has serious bug. Unable to record multiple fuel stops in a single day.

   Data Lost. Been using this for years and just like that all data for three cars are gone. Said I needed to sync made me do that and presto no cars and data lost.

    Buyer beware. No support. I’ve used this app for over a year and had no issues. I pay for the pro version. All of the sudden, one day, my app reset. I lost a years worth of fuel logs and mileage. I have emailed twice to find hep from the app developers but cannot seem to get any response. I just want my data back so I can use it for my taxes. All of my photo taken receipts are now gone.

    Difficult to use. No help available, chart of mpg looks like the prairie with 1 peak in the middle. No idea what mpg is. Loved fuel tracker and this is its replacement. DO NOT LIKE!!!!! Hate using it.

    Really disappointed. This used to be a decent app, then someone bought it or it changed names - they redesigned the entire format, which looks more professional, but I don’t think it’s easier to use or understand. I paid for the program when I bought it, which was supposed to be it, now they’ve started charging a subscription fee. Absolute BS. I’m going to start looking for an alternative.

    One Time Purchase Turned Subscription??!!. I payed for this app a couple years ago, now even though I paid for it begin with and it was a “one-time purchase”, it wants me to pay a monthly subscription to use an app I’ve been using for quite awhile. RIP OFF! And now I can’t even export my data to use in another app! DO NOT TRUST THESE DEVS! Changing terms of an app WITHOUT warning to users! Now years of data is LOST because I have to PAY to export MY data.

    Complete rip off. I installed this on a new phone and now can’t access my other cars. I paid for this app a couple of years ago and was told (I emailed them directly) it was a one time purchase and now they want me to buy a subscription and won’t let me access my car. Just because you change the program doesn’t mean you shouldn’t honor the previous deal. I done! It I have to pay a subscription I’ll use another app. I hate being ripped off. Don’t pay for this because they’ll do the same to you.

    App getting worse. This app is getting worse. Not only is the numbers rounding so as to be inaccurate but now the gallon nmbers are not showing as you type them out. That’s not much incentive to risk the pro version. I will be searching for a replacement.

    Conversion did not work; lost all data. The conversion didn’t work. When I signed in to sync, all data disappeared. Will not allow old app to open to view data. Very unhappy user.

    No support. Can not even contact the developer of this app. What a waste of money. Apple should remove this from the app store. I consider this theft.

    No Support. Developers do not support this app. I have emailed on 3 different occasions because I can’t link the new app to my old account and I don’t want to lose 6 years of data. I have yet to have any response.

    There are better fuel apps. First, the app rounds numbers. It’s not possible to enter decimals. Second, you cannot enter a fuel location unless you turn on location services. Far too many apps want access to your location. There is ZERO reason for this.

    Removing functionality. I loved the original version of this app. But since it’s been taken over by another developer it’s becoming less and less functional. My biggest gripe is that all the metrics are now rounded. There’s no need for that. Do you think an iPhone doesn’t have enough computing power to calculate gas prices and mileages to a couple of decimal points? This is just lazy coding.

    Not secure. No way to change password.. This developer does not allow you to change your password so presents a security risk. If you value you privacy and data protection avoid this app and developer.

    Annoying. App posts multiple duplicate notifications in only a few minutes. Really pleasant at 2am. :(
