It needs to be fixed please!!!!!!. It was nice while it worked (for less than a week). Somehow, I was signed out and I can’t sign in anymore. When I try, the screen just flashes and stays on the home screen. Useless.

Cannot get past log in. This app worked for maybe a month before it permanently logged me out. Each time i successfully log in, I get taken back to the sign in page. It is a never ending loop no matter if I uninstall the app or what.

App won’t work. Please fix this ASAP. I love this app. It’s so convenient to check the status of my doors, windows, trunk, etc. but the app won’t work anymore. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It won’t let you register, although I am already registered . It won’t let you sign in and Face ID won’t work

Potentially dangerous. This thing sucks. The remote barely unlocked the door. When I took my kid with disabilities out to go sit in the car with me, the remote wouldn’t work. So I sat there with a kid who can’t walk in 100 degree Texas weather jacking around with an app that would do anything. Good thing I didn’t leave us out there too long or we’d have died of heat.

Issues with logging in. There was an issue with the account sign in process. Please try signing in manually. We apologize for any inconvenience. This what I have been signing when I opened up the app. Manual sign in doesn’t work.

Barely works and why am I paying?!. Try to start the car every once in a while, and it doesn’t work… More often it fails to start the card than it actually works. Also, why am I paying for a remote starter every year… Gimmick.

App doesn’t work. The Toyota iOS app consistently logs me out, after having initially logged in and selected the option to keep you logged in, ever since I downloaded the app when I bought my car. It won’t let you log in at all when it does this. I don’t think it’s worth the $17+ subscription and the app is quite literally worthless when it does this. And yes, I’ve deleted+redownloaded it countless times to no avail.

Digital Key problems. I have an “!” And download button next to Digital Key. Download always fails with a message about device battery charge and keep trying again later. It never works. Lame Poor app, very poor security.

App sucks. This app the payment never works . I try to pay in half each month but the payment is never able to do so. Always says unexpected error on our end. I have sent several reports in to let yall know it’s not working . It never gets fixed. Sometimes it won’t turn my truck on or lock the locks has well.

Can only register one drive. My wife and I share the new car but she creates the account with her Apple ID on her iPhone so she can not log in on my iPhone because that button only lets me use my Apple ID. I attempt to log in using her phone number and it asks me to reset her password. Also will not stop asking for permission to communicate. I’m not even logged into an account and have granted every permission, but every time I am anywhere near the car, even in the house. It stops what I’m doing to ask if it can have permission to communicate.
