   Automatic mileage prediction makes this app terrible. Did not use this to record your miles!!. Did you enter your mileage manually? Sucks, this app will decide to spit out randomly generated fugazi mileage numbers for no reason. Did not use this to record your miles!! I constantly go on the app and see added miles to my vehicles that I never drove. This stupid predictive daily mileage algorithm ruins a perfectly good app. Turn this stupid feature off!

   Scam. I ordered one scanner and got charge for two that right there should’ve been a red flag. And the recent $107 charge to my account. When I signed up, I was presented with options for weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. I specifically selected the monthly payment of $12.99. Now, I am being told that only an annual subscription is available. This discrepancy is misleading and does not reflect the agreement I made during the sign-up process

   Terrible Customer Service. And one star is definitely pushing it as I had to do it to post this. While the tech works well, PLEASE BEWARE AND make sure you read the fine print of your subscription. If you are just one day past your renewal date, they charge you and if you cancel your subscription, they will not refund your money. Their customer service is awful and not helpful to resolve this. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

   Misadvertised. When I was researching and pricing I was charged double before I confirmed that I even wanted the scanner. Then once I used on one of the two vehicles, I was emailed one of the four issues that AutoZone found. The app did not tell me anything was wrong with the vehicle. I would recommend not getting this scanner.

    Shady company. Be careful with the subscription part. I bought the cheap device on a whim, didn’t even know there was a subscription component to it. So I canceled that today, before even receiving the device in the mail. And to cancel you have to go through a dozen confirmation pages, then they offer a 50% discount to stay, then a 67% discount. Very shady and unprofessional.

    Error code fraud. Scanner pulled a “stored” cylinder 5 misfire on a 4 cylinder engine car when no check engine light was present. Vehicle subsequently scanned by reputable service center with no codes present or stored. You pay for what you get with this thing and they hope you subscribe to their monthly service.

    Trial Period. I received an email at the same time I ordered the scanner stating that my free trial starts today and I don’t even have the scanner yet. It even gave an expiration date of March 29th. Why would a trial period start before you even have the product? Who knows how long it will take for me to receive it. When I tried to cancel the Premium trial, it was very difficult to do. The options they give for canceling do not apply in this situation and I kept getting the runaround trying to figure out how to cancel so I am not charged for this. Once I receive the product and try the free option, I may update my review.

    This is a SCAM. You will be billed more than they say you will. Purchased the 19 dollar device there was no notice I would also be billed for the premium version of the app. AND they snuck in autopay. Too expensive. DON’T DO IT

    If I could give no stars I would. Last November I did the trial. Canceled the trial on the last day. I was still charged $99.99. I’m not a mechanic. My friend lent me his scanner so I could try it and I had no use for it really. So I canceled, took my card off because my apple kept trying to take this money from me. I deleted my account, made a report. I tried reaching out to apple to get this closed and they said that because the subscription had already started I had no choice but to pay the hundred bucks if I wanted to be able to even update my apps on my phone. Wtf! Ok. So I paid it. I reached back out to Apple, to try to get a refund. To which they said, I could not get a refund. I sent an email to Fixd. I’ve searched my spam folder. I have no responding email to try to get my hundred dollars back. I no longer have the scanner. I don’t have the account so I basically gave $100 away for free. I am livid. Single parent household, tried to do this to see if I liked it or if it would be useful and yes, it is useful, if you know what you’re doing with it. So enjoy my hundred dollar tip Fixd. Thanks for taking money away from my family’s stability 👌🏼

    Scam. I did NOT authorize a charge from Fixed Automotive. I noticed the charge on my credit card with absolutely no prior notice or explanation. I have never approved this transaction. There is no clear way to contact this company, which makes the situation feel extremely sketchy and concerning. Unauthorized charges combined with no customer support is a huge red flag. I am very upset and currently disputing this charge with my credit card company. I would strongly caution others to monitor their statements carefully

    Was good until the update. I used to like this app and recommended to Friends. I bought it many years ago for a 2005 Land Rover LR 3 I was able to pull Codes fix my car and keep it running for 313,000 miles after the upgrade, it will no longer allow me to clear my Codes. Now it's Worthless.

    ADS. Waiting for delivery. Not sure if I can use it without the monthly subscription. Downloaded the app and a ton of ads especially the qr code scanner which I don know if I need it with the Fixd. I cancelled the monthly subscription immediately. Waiting for delivery and maybe back to sender. We’ll see!

    Be careful. Detection failed to detect an item, then $$$ charged without permission. I had purchased the device to learn a specific thing. Yet the device failed to detect it. It did not operate as other devices I have used in the past. It failed completely. Then, about a week later a charge hit my credit card. Luckily, the bank caught it. Seems they tried to stick me for over $100

    Do not buy this. This app pretends it can do a lot, and I was excited by it, but it’s not as advertised. It’s expensive and in the end it’s just a basic obd2 sensor. There are much better ones out there.

    DO NOT BUY. The original advert said that purchasing premium with the scanner would lock in the premium subscription for life- asked for money months after not even a full year went by. Do not recommend this app or their scanner. Get: BlueDriver instead BlueDriver is much better value- pay $119 up front- no adds subscriptions or accounts to log into works instantly with phone and app. You get it all for one price.

    Gives Erroneous Errors. I have tried this numerous times and would give me a list of so many errors, and then made the check engine light to come on. I took my vehicle in and everything was fine, so when I got my vehicle back from the dealer a week after trying FixD so I tossed the device and canceled the subscription. However, to make things worse FixD charge me for a year subscription because I had to signup for the trial to use it. I have written several emails to them, but they have yet to refund it. I asked if they would just charge me for the week I tried the device/app, so we will see how that goes… At this point I would warn people to stay away from it as it has never worked on the three vehicles I have tried it on (2 vehicles I tried 6 or 7 years ago but didn’t give me any valuable information). I just saw it in my drawer at home and thought I’d try it on my newer SUV, and I was surprised that it required a membership to use now when it was part of the cost of the device when we bought them.

    Not what it used to be. This app and the scanner used to be all you needed to find out why your check engine light was on, now it’s turned into more subscription based slop like everything else has now. Don’t waste your money on a tool that doesn’t hardly do anything for you without giving them more money. If I could, I’d give a rating of 0 stars. Do better FIXD, I know you can.
