   Warning. I think that this is fake wallet! Because It also secretly consumes a large amount of internet and full of bugs and false prices. the cellular data section is not controlled in Settings !

   Very Buggy, not informative. I downloaded the app and want to setup through Apple ID. Apple creates a proxy email that forwards to your regular email. The app sends a code to that email for verification. You never get an email. I checked everything, forwarding was on. Eventually after over an hour support tells me to use my regular email address. Then I go through a lot of hoops and can finally purchase a few hundred USD worth of bitcoin. That sends you to a message that they are checking your account. Many hours later I find out that this message means that they are still verifying your identity and this can take a few hours or can take several days. Why they cannot just say this I do not know.

    Ripped me off. I had 808$ in my account by the time I withdrew it gave me $704! I sent screenshots but that wasn’t enough! They wanted a video of me selling it ! - don’t use this app ! They are a scam and they are cocky about it when you need help with it !

    This has to be a scam. I created an account I needed to upload my ID and now after they have my info, cannot upload photo nobody to contact, app not responding says unable to access camera but camera permission is allowed in the settings. I’m deleting this app. This has to be a scam to get your info.

    Used to be fun, no more. This used to be a fun wallet. You could earn their token, Verse, and stake it for rewards. Now, the precious few times you are given verse for completing a quest, it never arrives in your reward wallet. Most quests award “experience points” (worthless, useless) or “gems” (equally useless.) Moreover, many quests award crypto that can not be used (fUSD on Zano when no Dex in the US lists Zano.) This wallet was fun for learning about crypto. Now the rewards are useless junk or never arrive. They don’t support many blockchains and networks. When taking “tests” for rewards, the test questions are often random and out of line with the materials they force you to watch. For one of these dumb things, I sat through a YT video of two dudes giving their useless opinions about the Federal Reserve Banking System only to have the test questions be double-barreled or misleading. This app has turned into garbage and the developers should be ashamed of themselves. No pride in this company because it is clearly a scam.

    Lost my wallet. Updates longed me out and my wallet was gone I backed it up on the cloud and try to recover the wallet I got it back but I was empty it should have had $500 in bits from 2017 when I bought at $1500-$3000.

    Poor customer service. I’m beginning not to trust is app because after midnight my language preferences for English was changed to Spanish, then all my crypto was zapped, my verse clicker points were zapped now the app is asking me reconnect and start all over again. I believe that my account was compromised. I’ve called for a supervisor but no help (x3) This is sad.
