   Be Careful. I tried working with this company. Deposits work once every few trails. They take the money and return after few days or week. Customer support almost non existing. Be careful, if you are international or GCC resident. Waste of time for me as a user.

   Rain needs to improve its identity verification process!. ‏I’m having a frustrating experience with Rain! My account is restricted, and I can’t send or receive cryptocurrencies because they require identity verification again. I provided a valid passport and driver’s license, both of which are still valid, but the platform insists on a national ID, which I haven’t been able to renew yet. This policy is too rigid and inconvenient for users. I urge Rain to resolve my issue quickly, or I may have to consider switching to a more flexible platform!

   الخدمه اصبحت سيئه و بطيئه. الخدمه اصبحت سيئه و بطيئه لا يمكن تنفيذ عمليات الشراء و تكرار طلب معلوماتي و تكرار ارسال و ادخال OTP البنكي لتأكيد تنفيذ العمليات ولا يوجد احد من خدمة العملاء للتواصل معه رغم المحاوله اكثر من مره ارجو التواصل معي

   Don’t use this app. This app is a scam and robbery. I used it to trade a couple months then when I wanted to withdraw funds my account was frozen and three weeks later still no funds and when I try to use the app online service it just goes white screen. So I tried the website to be told they don’t operate in the US but it allowed me to put money in but screws you over taking money out!

   Blocked Without giving reason. My saudi debit cards all was working and deposited multiple times, one time it charged me and didnt reflect on my account, they refunded me. But after that they blocked me from any deposit and even their customer support don’t respond afterwards when i was inquiring. I would give zero if i could

    Can't get a hold of customer support. The app won't let you buy/sell or do anything without KYC and when I submitted my info to get verified I got declined without an explanation. Now they have my info and there is no way for me to close my account. I recommend other apps like binance, coinbase, mexc, etc. as their KYC is easier to pass as GCC resident than this none sense app. also they never have customer service agents available to contact at the chat

    bad fees, use binance instead! Read!!. Made me lose over 200$+ from fees, if you want to invest, buy, sell, send, receive crypto activity dont use this. even tho i live in bahrain and says 0 fee, they lie about it. I bought 525 bhd in eth, and got 494 bhd in eth, and swapping 100 crypto getting 94 back. Even tho it says “0 fees” on the app they lie not to mention i am in bahrain and it still takes tons of fees. Never using this, use binance way better even if its not in ur country. Sending crypto is already 17$ when it says “0 fee” atleast say “Fee = 17$” instead of “Fee = 0” lies on lies made me lose a ton. Bad app. Use binance please.

    Worst platform for trading. SKYROCKET HIGH FEES ! Also you can only trade 4 coins xrp / ltc / eth / btc .. the chart is the worst it doesn’t even has candle patterns… and the fees are the worst … use Binance or kucoin avoid this platform!!

    Rain review. I’m a crypto investor or you can say flipper that lives in Saudi Arabia I’ve tried ku coin binance,coinbase,crypto.com,gate.io,pancakeswap,uniswap,Ftx,metamask,phantom wallet all of them have lower fees,faster transactions,faster withdrawal and they all have more than 100 tokens that you can purchase this is by far the worst crypto site I have ever tried.
