    Worst. Poor is an understatement when it comes to customer service, been here more than 48 hours after buyer funds was reversed yet he refused to cancel my order and Bitget customer service remain silence since then. I provided all evidence including buyer support chat stating clearly the funds has been reversed. Reason why there’s lot of scammers on the app.

    Bad Experience — Unfair Treatment. I had a very bad experience on Bitget. The seller refused to release my coin even after I made payment, and Bitget supported the seller instead of protecting me as the buyer. I provided all proof, but they still took the seller’s side. It feels unfair and very disappointing. I don’t feel safe trading here anymore. 😢

    Funding Fees. Toooo high funding fees too high, if you open a future trade almost 15% of the profit will cover the funding fees which is quite high.

    Fees, fees, fees. Their exchange rate is horrible! They have fees upon fees. You’ll lose over 10% of your investment just from trading here. There’s much better exchanges out there. They also knowingly list pump n dump tokens. While avoiding listings on legitimate crypto I want to buy. Because pump n dump scammers give them a cut of the money stolen. Legitimate projects won’t.

    Scammer, Be careful Use other apps. I had a very disappointing experience with Bitget. They offered a "Welcome Back" reward, and I followed all the instructions correctly. There were no clear conditions mentioned at the time. But after completing everything properly, they refused to give the reward. Later, they started giving vague excuses and claimed there were hidden conditions that were never clearly disclosed in the beginning. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional. It feels like they are just trying to make money from users through trading fees, without actually delivering the promised benefits. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for transparency and fair treatment.
