   The App. What has happened to the app. Now it's saying "The server with the specified host name could not be found" What seems to be going on here?

   Don’t trust them. I don’t trust this wallet after seeing so many reviews where people report having their money stolen. The app developers keep writing here that their policy is not to have access to people’s money, but there can be a big difference between policy and reality. Perhaps a company employee made unsanctioned changes to the wallet app to steal people’s funds from time to time? Anyway, it doesn’t look trustworthy when the app developers keep blaming the victims for having their money stolen.

   What’s wrong with the app?. I’ve had Zerion for years, no issues. Today the app will not open. I’ve tried several times. Restarted device, reinstalled app, nothing. Please fix this.

   Zerion took more than 90% of my $$$. I have made more than 10 transactions through Zerion. Market went down. Checked back how my investment but there is only one transaction instead more than 10 transactions and over 90% of my account is gone.

   V3.13.0 crashes on load on iPhone 13 Pro. After updating to the latest version I am no longer able to open the Zerion app at all. The app crashes immediately upon loading and the widget I previously had is no longer where it was. Hoping the Zerion team resolves this quickly as I am a longtime user and fan of this app.

   MacOS has been unstable for years. It simply crashes, for years. They have mentioned they were working on the MacOS version but nothing has ever changed. IOS and Browser based is great, just use that.

    Bad UI/UX update. This was hands down the best wallet, until they did a full overhaul. Now everything is slow, doesn’t update assets, freezes all the time, and it’s so much harder to navigate. Undo whatever y’all did in that update please!

    If I can give zero star I will. 1. You do not allow users to copy their seed phrase and private key on your app, each time I try to copy my seed or key it will not copy to my clipboard and the barcode will not show even after I sign Face ID 2. Each time I try to make transaction on your app , it will say “ transaction failed , kindly remove the wallet and import again” . We can’t copy our seed phrase nor our private key also if we try to move our funds out of your wallet to the one we can copy the seed and keys it will not allow us . So tell us how this is not a scam 3. You need help on our app as this is wack and out of all the wallet I have been using your wallet app is the only one with such issue

    THIEVES!!. I’ve had so many trades stolen from me, the crypto will hit the acct and then it’s gone, it only shows up on Zerion. Zerion allows for transfers to go thru with no authorization!! I’ve got 2 step in place and they override it. I’m F’ing DONE!!

    WORST WALLET EVER! DO NOT USE!. Zerion wallet allows you to host all your different wallets and tokens into one central location. At first glance, this appears to be a great resource to have. ALL your Crypto assets at a glance, located together. This is a Fantastic idea UNTIL it’s not! I just got HACKED 06.25.22, at 1:45pm and had ALL my USDT tokens transferred out of my MetaMask wallet, via my Zerion Wallet. Fortunately, I saw the transaction alerts and was able to remove ALL my other wallets, before they too were emptied out! This appears to be an INTERNAL hack! I don’t share my seed phrase or login information with anyone. Not even my wife! STAY CLEAR OF THIS APP PLEASE!

    Ledger connection does not work. Love the app but every time I go to connect to ledger the screen says Bluetooth disabled even though it’s enabled and connected to my ledger. Devs please fix that

    Zerion Deleted All Wallets!. I've been using Zerion for over 3 years now and after Zerion published version 2.0 it delted and removed all 100 wallets I was watching! It even delted them from the icloud sync. The only way I was able to recover them was to use an old account with the wifi turned off, as not to enable the sync, and copy and paste all 100 wallets to a clipboard and then paste them to a note. This is simply unacceptable. There should be a way to export all wallets and save them incase an update like this causes an issue!
