   Blue Steps. I just downloaded this app to my new phone and enabled permissions. I opened the app. It shows 1032 steps today, 30k steps last 7 days, and 114k steps last 30 days. But no sat payout for steps. Not even the 1 satoshi for today's 1k steps. Edit: developer response assumes I didn't open the app. But how would I know how many steps the app says I have if I didn't open it? I opened it several times that day, but my Saturday bar never changed from blue.

   A Scam App with No Support part 2. The responses from the developer to the reviews of myself and others noting issues with thousands of sats evaporating from our accounts was to update the app. I have updated the app and can confirm, I still (1) have 44k sats that disappeared from my account without a trace or reason and (2) cannot withdraw. The support team for sMiles also is still non responsive to me, after including every email address I can find for them (including the one they say to reach out to on their website and in these comments). Potentially considering legal action because I don’t know what else to do at this point - they are definitely operating in bad faith.

   Sounds cool but isn’t. Holds earnings for 2 weeks and will definitely take longer than that to reach min cash out. Took roughly a month to cash out ~1.50 next I put in days of gameplay to reach a 10k milestone in game and no credit. Tracks pennies very accurately but seems to track dollars to their wallet. Maybe bitcoin is for criminals after all.

   Lack of Support. If you have problems claiming rewards, there is a severe lack of response. I had almost 100k in SATS disappear as they were unabled to be claimed.

   Scam. This app is a complete scam. A lot of these 5 star reviews just say they like sats even though they have issues with the app. Just don’t waste your time. They app will stop working for you at some point and then when you stop using the app or cancel they reclaim the sats. It’s really messed up.

    Can’t withdraw. Can’t withdraw to ZBD or Cash App. Just loops the qr/copy and in ZBD it gets stuck at the receiving screen and won’t submit. What is wrong? I have 1,500+ sats.

    219,055 SAT Ripoff. Updated I was a paid premium member and everything was great as I was earning lots of rewards for many activities. I played one game that offered a 50,000 SAT bonus for playing enough turns to watch a very large amount of ads. The premium members get a 50% on their rewards so $Smiles according to its offer would pay me another 25,000 SATS according to its TOS. The day after the game confirmed my reward was earned, my account stopped earning SATs for walking.l and was frozen without explanation or justification. Pending SATS stopped posting to my account. Even though 79,264 SATs shows available, I can’t withdraw them either with lightning invoice or Wallet of Satoshi. But there’s more, they not only never communicated with me me, but ignored multiple emails. They charged me for premium for two with no benefits and refused to credit. I did turn to Apple for credit after weeks of them ignoring me and that was credited back $9.98 but that’s just a fraction of what I was owed. All told, I earned 219,055 SATS I got none. In addition to that, all the surveys I filled out, linked I clicked, and games I played earned them money. They kept that money and mine too. Whether this is intentional theft or they’re just bad at administering an app l, I don’t know. And for my part, it doesn’t make much difference. Regardless, this is the sort of shady and sketchy operator who gives Bitcoin a bad name. Avoid this app if you want good service and to actually get paid as promised.

    Be careful-rethink no customer suppot. There is no way to delete your account on your own that I can see. I’ve reached out to customer service several times with absolutely no support or help. To find some type of governing agency to report an app that does not give you a way out of an app that wont even pay out

    Unable to withdraw my rewarded Sats.. The app won’t let me send my earned sats out to my other wallets using the lightning network. Tried scanning and copy and pasting addresses and still nothing.

    Over 200K sats disappeared!!. I’ve been using this app over 2 years and had accumulated over 200K sats. Last week, it suddenly stopped updating. After couple days, I emailed their tech support; no response after several days. I tried logging out, then back in - all sats (and history) are gone. If you have sats, move them to a private wallet now, or risk smiles taking them from you!

    Still doesn’t work. Total waste of time.. This app doesn’t pay sats for walking. It tracks my steps, but gives ZERO sats. It used to work, but one day it stopped and I lost all the earned sats it had awarded me – it was only about $1 worth so not a big deal, but still. So no sats, and the “bonus games” they claim are so great don’t work either… I click on them and they either show a blank screen or the app crashes every time. I hesitate to call this app a scam, but it is what it is. They’re profiting from your data and giving you zilch/zero/nada.

    Was great at first, for an awesome cause. Updates haven’t downloaded for this app since 2024, it’s null and not useable. The satoshi wheel & tap thing doesn’t give rewards, it doesn’t count my steps anymore, and chess games do not work or give rewards anymore.

    Friends. Question 1 Why does the walking competition automatically accept when I either decline or ignore the request????? Question 2. I need to either remove or block a few people on my friends list. There is no available feature to do so.

    Will not let me redeem. It doesn't let me me redeem anything. I try manually and theres no option to enter your invoice. I try default wallet and nothing happens. I cant find a support option anywhere so i don't get the point im this app. If I can't claim anything what's the point of it.

    Waste of time. You give up all sorts of tracking data to get a few days. I played the games to get rewards. It’s been 4 days and still no rewards. They support and all u get is a chat bot that tells you to wait 72 hours or move onto a new task. If u do surveys they ask you questions for 5 minutes and then say u dont qualify. I’m gonna take my small amount of rewards and delete the app. When they give u free stuff, u are the product.
