   Takes your money. I had gotten a reward from my tradeify account and I needed to download one of these wallet apps to redeem. Downloaded this one because it’s the most notorious one to use and went to redeem my reward after buying $80 of the crypto SOL Went to redeem my reward and the took all of my crypto out of my account besides 1 cent !!!

   Bad user experience. The app hangs for more then 10 seconds every time your start it, if you haven’t “backed up” the seed. This bad user experience seems intentional - the developers have arrogantly decided that the user should go through an unpleasant experience (waiting without any purpose) in order to force the user to backup the seed. Bad app.

   Not supported for US. Att: the wallet itself onw can use like any other wallet but lot of futures are not US REGION friendly and I have noticed a lot about apps like this and BITMine etc WHY ALL THE COOL APPS NOT LIKING us Americans.

   🧃. Tried to swap a certain “unstable” coin for solana when it was at its highest value, but it said I didn’t have enough solana. Tried to buy more but the “link” verification thing said it couldn’t verify my ID even after taking a picture of two of my ID cards. So not only did it sense that I made too much, it also stole all of my personal info haha.

    Scammers. They close my account and they stolen $53,000 I was never able to withdraw any money they give everyone the same excuse blaming others I talk to them and they give me the excuse that I have to deposit $10,000 in order for me to withdraw my money. Everything is a scam and I don’t wanna risk $10,000 so they can steal it?

    NEED TO FIX ASAP. Copying ca then allowing paste in the search bar. No results found. And I’ve held these coins on here before and am currently holding them but it still won’t show up. That is the most frustrating thing about this app apart from the lagging in price and constantly not allowing your transactions to go through.

    Scam. Had a nft drop in my wallet. I never went to the website yet I still had $132 stolen. I made a new wallet moved my remaining tokens there. Overnight they got the rest of my tokens, from my new wallet that I never used for anything else. $380 total gone.

    Won’t work. Tried to open a new Wallet on here. when it gets to the recovery seed phrase part, there is no option to move beyond that. The only option is to ask out and it just takes you right back to a whole new seed phrase. Very disgusting that you people can’t get your act together

    Payments. Whenever I try to buy with Apple Pay it says my card doesn’t support that type of transaction. When I put in my credit card it just gets stuck on reviewing order.

    Stole my Money. My review is straight forward. Tried loading a few hundred dollars to try out this platform. Used Apple Pay after getting verified and thought I was good to go. Purchase cleared my bank account but never made it to the wallet. Submitted an enquiry but never heard back. Normally I go in heavy on the other exchanges but happy I was wise enough only to lose a few hundred.

    Where did Activity go?. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ACTIVITY TAB!! Just updated and there no longer an activity/transactions tab! I see you can check the box to show activity now on the main main wallet page. But my activity/transactions is not even showing there either. Wish I didn’t update lol feel like this always happens when I question updating an app when everything is working perfectly

    Missing obvious features.. This app is functional and aesthetically well designed. But you can’t even see the price of prior trades. Each coin has an activity history showing quantity of coins swapped, but not the price at which they were swapped. There’s a web link out for the transaction itself but even there I couldn’t find that info. The home screen widget seems broken, displaying a message to set an image inside the app, but no obvious place in the app to do anything like that. Trends over time for your overall balance and individual coins are missing. Each coin has a % increase/decrease next to it, but is that for the day? since you purchased? Who knows…
