   Scam. Didn’t have trouble taking my money but then rejected the payment for security reasons. If there is a security concern, they should validate this before taking money from my bank. Instead they take the money first, then give me a notice that it was “rejected”. You can easily validate a user before taking money. Processing actual payments and verification of a user are separate authentication processes and should be done accordingly. The devs have to know this basic process, I see no other reason why they would implement this backwards logic unless it was intentional.

   This app is just rubbish. The customer service is rubbish, how can a customer service be having attitude, because i said he having attitude they rejected my purchase and even said is because of that , very disappointing and unprofessional

This app worked like three or four times just fine and then I think it’s because I had a VPN on they rejected my transaction and it was Friday night and Im not going to get my money back for one to 72 business hours which means Monday, which really frustrates me-and I will never use this app again

   A Total Scamming app!!!!!. My boyfriend sent me $16 worth of bitcoin using his PayPal card for the purchase and for hours I didn’t see the bitcoin alert then I went to blockchain and looked into my wallet and I couldn’t even see any incoming or unconfirmed bitcoin on my wallet and it’s days now please avoid using this app no matter how the situation of you trying to get cryptocurrency 🙏

   Really really wouldn’t recommend. The app allows you to purchase crypto without completing your wallet setup which includes putting in your social security number and ect… the fees are sky high and many people through Reddit and such have reported being scammed by the app. I can understand where there coming from because the app is most likely designed to exploit beginner error. JUST USE A LEGIT CRYPTO WALLET. In conclusion, the fees are high even if you don’t lose your money. I can’t think of a reason to use this wallet.

    Failed Transaction No refund for 5-14 business days. I tried to buy crypto with my card and after they charged my card I submitted my social security number, face scan, drivers license, and even proof of address. Now I’m short the money they charged me with no refund, no crypto, and they essentially stole all my information. Waste of time don’t use

    Scam. Atrocious fee structure. They claim “no fees on the first transaction” but then charge a fee anyway. There are dozens of better crypto platforms out there - use literally ANY other one.

    Ridiculous security department. I signed up for this app today and made a $100 BTC purchase to be sent to my Coinbase account. I thought it was quite misleading that they allowed me to make a $100 purchase and then after prompt me to do a KYC. I had no issue with that as I took the photos of my drivers license and did the selfie. A few minutes later I got an email that my KYC was verified my account was confirmed. Then 20 minutes later they asked me to join a video call for additional KYC. Uh.. that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard of. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable to start a video chat with some foreigner. She must have asked me literally 20 separate questions about who I am, what I do (all of the exact questions I already answered). Then she made me hold my ID up and show her the front and back while she took screen shots. She even asked me to bend my card back and forth, I’m guessing to confirm that it was real. Then the same thing for the debit card I used to make the $100 purchase. A couple minutes after we got off the call my screen said the security department rejected my KYC and will refund my money within 14 days. I am disgusted with the entire process of this business. Never in my life have I felt like I was being genuinely interrogated and while answering every question she had and allowing her to take screen shots of me and my driver license only to be disqualified. So now they have my money and who knows how long the refund will take. Just for understanding, I only downloaded this app and made a $100 purchase because I was completing an offer through KashKick.

The money was removed instantly from my account but not it not getting back there after multiple calls and face verification y’all need to do better or you will loose all your customers so bad the money was removed from my PayPal in seconds but to refund takes days that not very nice and I really need my refund PAYBIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Warning!. I have been using it for 8 years and then for no reason in middle of purchase it says my account was deactivated for security reasons. Customer service said they can’t do anything or tell me why. Lost money and they won’t delete my account or my banking information. Very shady!!

    Don’t use !. My first time using this app the minimum says $5 and no fee so my transaction would be free. There were hidden fees I didn’t know about . Then all of a sudden my transaction failed and won’t be returned til 14 days . Which is ridiculous because the money was took off instant . I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone . Customer service shows no empathy towards customers or even tries to resolve the issue . Big NO

    Limiting accounts horrible support. Trying to buy crypto after making the same transaction yesterday, fully verified my account and they put my account as a security concern. Support is useless, can’t explain or do anything to solve the problem, all they do is say “sorry” trying another credit/debit transaction tomorrow! Merchant is restricted on Apple Pay. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone buy then sending crypto to pay a bill. They will pull the money from your account and give it back in 2 days and declining your transaction and placing a security hold on your fully verified account

    What a joke. Can take your money but not give you any crypto in return. What a joke. Asked me for my SSN and ID then proceeded to scam me for my money and not deposit any funds into my account. Incredible how this app is allowed on the App Store.

    Horrible. You have to pay a fee for buying a different crypto for paying a fee to withdraw money. I understand if an app wants to make some money from the users but making it so complicated is really frustrating. Will never use again. Process is slower than in medieval ages.
