   Can’t even get my money. App forces you to migrate but it won’t even load anything in the app, let alone instructions for migrating. AKA app is completely dead. As someone who doesn’t know much about this sort of thing, I’m unsure how to get my funds. Best to look into transferring to an app other than coinbase.

   BRD Is Now Coinbase (Basically). There is no point to download this if you are a new user. The app only allows you to download Coinbase wallet, view press release and restore your wallet if you are a returning user.

   The End 🤮. Took a self custody solution and ruined it by manipulating users into believing your implied lie of needing to keep their crypto with a custodian. BRD should have never been ended. Users do not have to migrate anything to Coinbase and should consider looking into importing their seed phrases elsewhere. May Coinbase be swallowed by the market and be taken down by the bad karma they continue to create. Abomination

    BRD stole my money. They updated the platform, and now we can’t log in using our email and passwords. When I signed up for BRD, there wasn’t the weird word grid security to set up. I want my money! Please give us the ability to log in and get our funds. This is fraud!!!

    Forced migration to Coinbase - lost 50% of bitcoin. Everyone on Reddit seems to have same problem. Migration was not smooth Lost some of my funds. No customer service. I hope this gets fixed!

    Cannot access funds. I cannot send or receive any coin. Previous transactions that have already been confirmed on the blockchain for over a year are now “pending” I have no ability to receive or send money so my funds are frozen.
