   Disappointed. I want to create cards on my desktop windows PC but the app keeps rejecting my CSV files, whether from Excel, Notepad, Google Sheets or text in an email.

   Greedy. Went from a decent unpaid model to introducing tons of ads and a limit on how many cards you can use making the app useless. Subscription model for a flash card app is ridiculous, and I would pay the lifetime fee if it wasn’t $30. Have some sort of decency devs

   Can’t import anything from Anki. Tried web site that opens for Ankiweb imports and that times out with no page loading. Then tried to import an Anki deck and that throws an error. So this app is useless to me, not sure how others are having a great experience when it fails on the very first things I try to do. Cannot recommend if you are trying to use Anki decks.

   Can’t export. If you attempt to export a deck you can download a “.smrt” file type which only works with smart cards+. I can’t export a csv. Developer you need to allow us to export a csv or other common file types so we may use our cards and content elsewhere.

    Only allows to review 20 cards a day unless you pay. I have a deck of 233 cards but I can only review 20. I will never have time to learn my cards in time.

    Watch app bugs. Ideally would be a great card app. But the watch is stuck on “loading decks"about 90% of the time. Today totally broken. They don't update this anymore don't bother

    Cards disappeared. I used this app for a couple years to study a language. I took a break for a couple months and when I returned, more than half my decks were gone. Auto backup didn’t work and the cards couldn’t be retrieved. This app cannot be trusted.

    Doesn’t work on Apple Watch. I bought this for the Apple Watch, but it doesn’t work. Just constantly says “loading decks……” or “no decks” but never loads anything. I deleted it, reinstalled it, closed it down, restarted it. Nothing. I’ll be cancelling this subscription

    Unable to Export. Export functionality only seems to support the Smartcards+ proprietary format. The app has been steadily monetized with intrusive banner ads and now only supports 15 card reviews per day really disappointing.

    diappointed. I have been using this app for a few months to study for college exams. It’s great for helping me practice memorizing diagrams and answers. Just my luck that right before finals week im getting a 15 review card limit per day??? This has never happened before and its honestly just ridiculous. I understand apps want people to upgrade to premium but I should be able to review look at the cards I made whenever I want

    Keeps crashes. Will say fail to load deck and keeps crashing on my Apple Watch. Shows up fine on my phone. For cellular and wifi and it still won’t load

    Apple Watch integration is weak. Every single day I get an issue at least 10 times where the decks won’t load. I only have a single deck and I get a message that reads “Loading Decks” and after a few minutes it times out and I get nothing. Very frustrating. I have the Apple Watch Ultra. It’s not the watch, this was also happening on my Apple Watch Series 7. Revised: now I’m getting ads again after I paid the premium fee. I have to “restore app purchase” every 5 seconds because it goes back to ad version immediately.

    Half the stuff deletes itself.. Cute app until you go to study and have of the images get deleted from the slides after hours of making them. No reason why as far as I can tell. They were there yesterday. Seems the company is more concerned about their pay wall than tech that works.

    Crashes constantly. App freezes every few minutes/ every few seconds when on the “Card Info” screen. The only thing it responds to is tapping “Done”, which causes it to crash….

    There is NO TUTORIAL. The word tutorial is there but it’s not an actual tutorial. It tells you what you can do but it doesn’t tell you how to do anything. The only time the car is flipped is if I put it in preview mode to see the card but once I save it I can no longer get the cards to flip. There is no video even on YouTube on their channel that tells you how to use this app. This is why it is a one star. If I could do less than one store I will do that. I am very disappointed. 😡

    Sketchy account creation page. They make you go to an external link and ask you to sign up using your credit card and there is a box pre-checked that signs you up for some random game bundle recurring subscription charge. You need to make any subscriptions through Apple itself so that it can be easily monitored or canceled. I’ll find another app.

    SCAM!. This app claims that it’s compatible with Apple Watch but every time I try to load a deck it says the deck can’t be loaded. This was the only reason I purchased a subscription. It’s a great app otherwise but this is a glaring issue! Why???

    Sign in. Unless you want to sign in via big brother, this apps not for you. While the app is great, has a great look and feel, it’s too bad that Joe doesn’t respect our need to stay clear of the trackers and sharers of personal information.
