   Decrease in quality followed by asking for money. You used to be able to allow yourself to use 10 apps while in focus mode. This was useful because I need access to quizlet, kahoot, my camera, photos, Spotify, and messages in case my mom texts me. Now you can only have 3, unless you pay them. They’ve also clearly been fooled by these conmen trying to convince companies that AI is needed in every little thing. It’s not. There is absolutely no reason why this app needs AI. It’s not a studying app. It’s a focus app. They think that because they offer AI they can start charging. It’s ridiculous. Deleting this trash app

   It used to be amazing now it’s really bad. the app used to be amazing ! but ever since the paid features have been added it has degraded so much ! for example you can’t have a normal session without having to restrict all of your apps or giving you the option to only use 3 apps which is really frustrating i genuinely loved the app !

   Not useful. App made me enter a lot of details to get started. Doesn’t even have my school which is weird. Pushes aggressively to a an absurd 200$ per year with auto renewal after free trial.

   App’s ok, AI usage is disappointing.. I really liked this app. I thought it was an excellent concept, and it really helped when it came to not getting distracted and studying for long, consistent periods of time. However, the AI usage is so incredibly upsetting to me. Most people won’t care, but to those who do, the app is ridden with it now. It takes away the cute charms it had before, and I despise the idea of even using it anymore. I mourn what the app was to me, because that’s clearly gone. </3

    Need help with this!!. I’m stuck on the step where I have to pick my school — my school doesn’t show up and I can’t skip the step. I don’t want to use Discord to contact the customer service. Please add a skip option or fix this!

    Disappointed in premium. Thought there would be more crypto focused features but it’s just overpriced garbage bc no different really than similar non crypto apps. Waste of like $50 to get premium. Don’t make the same mistake as me 😢😢😢

    UTTER GARBAGE. I COUDLNT FLIPPING OPEN IT CUZ OF A DUMB "Runner quit unexpectedly" MESSAGE WHENEVER I TRY TO TO OPEN THE APP. I HAD A 2 HOUR STUDY HALL SESSION BUT I SPENT ALL OF MY TIME TRYING TO OPEN THIS AND NOW I MAY ACTUALLY FAIL MY FLIPPING EXAMS. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT FOCUSTREE. SCREW YOU

    Couldn’t find my school.. Tried rewriting my school’s name so many times, but they either give me the wrong one or nothing.

    Disappointed. I downloaded this app and i was super excited to use it, i then tried to enter the app and it just stayed on the start up screen (it just said focus tree and it wouldn't open) and the problem is not from my phone cuz all my other apps are working just fine

    Can’t change phone number.. If you have a new phone don’t even bother trying to get your old account back. No support and no account recovery or changing.

    Doesnt work for me. The app is just frozen and ive deleted it and installed it again to see if it was a glitch but it doesnt work its just stuck on the Hi there this is your garden screen and its so annoying i actually wanted to use this app, if anybody knows how to fix this please thanks

    Forces you to connect all your socials. I would’ve loved to try this app, I love the concept and the art looks gorgeous, but you can’t even use it without connecting it across a bunch of different social media platforms. So if you don’t use one of those platforms basically you’re not able to even use the app. It should have been an optional task but it forces you to connect everything. Super frustrating and disappointing.

    It was good. Ever since this app updated it hasn’t worked smoothly on my phone. I’ve done what I could on my end to fix the problem like updating and resetting, but nothing changed. It will randomly log me out and not let me log it for a day, then it will open just fine like nothing happened. It won’t always reload my rewards. It won’t always load what I bought. When I try to move blocks around it glitches. Plus, now you have to earn different coins for certain items. I think it’s crypto currency? I’m just trying to study, not learn crypto. I really liked this app but it’s annoying now.

    Bugs and lag. This app has a lot of bugs, for example I wasnt able to receive my coins for today and my streak hasnt gone up, despite focusing, which has happened several times already. I’ve lost a tile from lagging, and the team couldn’t get it back. If you could fix these bugs the game would be amazing

    Pls add more apps. I’m actually truly a fan of this app, granted I have 270+ hours from march until now. However, these new features are too limiting and honestly it just seems like you’re money hungry by giving up only 3 apps, The rest is understandable for an upgrade. But I need at LEAST 10 again. (google docs/calendar/classroom/sheets/slides/safari/calculator/photos/camera/youtube/AI tools/google drive/music apps/gmail. A person like me who likes studying on the go with mg phone, this has been really troublesome for me :(.

    !. Hello, I can't register, they ask for a phone number and send a code to check, but it doesn't come to me. I tried to delete and re-download, and I tried from different numbers of my parents' friends, the code didn't come to any of the numbers.

    You only get rewards for daily streaks, not study streaks. I don’t get how this is helpful? It makes no sense that you only get a new tile/reward for logging into the app daily, so even if you study 10 minutes one day you get the same reward as someone who studied 4 hours as long as you login two days in a row. You should get coins for every finished study session and should be able to buy tiles with the coins. Or get a tile for every completed 60 study minutes or something. The way it’s set up now is not motivating. I’ll gladly change my rating if I’m missing something or if they improve it, the graphics are cute
