   App malfunction. The app has locked. My phone just downloaded. I had added my buddies email address. Am I sent over 100 messages to my buddy to unlock my phone but he has not received any of the emails. I saw literally with my buddy I sent emails while looking at his email address and nothing has been showing up. I told customer service this and they have been incompetent so far to really resolve my issue and I am beyond frustrated with this app.

It’s extremely troubling that a company would create a system where individuals who are genuinely trying to change their lives and overcome addiction can so easily bypass safeguards simply by paying money. You have effectively built a workaround that exploits people at their most vulnerable moments—when urges are strongest and judgment is weakest. This is not innovation; it’s exploitation. What you’ve done is unethical, despicable, and profoundly disappointing. You should be ashamed of enabling this kind of harm, and I hope your leadership team reflects seriously on the moral consequences of these decisions.

   Effective but could be better. The product works well in my opinion. But, I have sent several questions to support and have never heard back. The app also does not allow you to delete apps from your phone. They can only be removed from your Home Screen. I’d expect more for how much I paid.

   Lying Company. This app claims to be able to customize blocked keywords across multiple apps, but there is no functionality for this. I was going to use this so I don’t use other apps to search for porn but the description of this app lied to me and stole $150 from me because I bought it with those features in mind only defined. It’s basically the same exact thing as BlockerX’s base version. Do not give me a generic response asking me to email your support team. Tell me exactly how I can block keyword and customize which keywords are blocked across various apps, as it says in the app description.

   Completely Worthless. App is basically a nuke to your device. Requires you to block access to your settings app in order to prevent restriction bypass. Once this is done you won’t be able to access WiFi networks, Bluetooth, or anything through settings without getting approval from your buddy. Should be called BlockerAll.

    Absolutely Horrible!!!!!!. It’s a complete scam!! First I tried to get the normal one and nothing was working. They said that upgrade to the pro and you’ll have so many better features etc for NO EXTRA COST!! But after I got the pro they requested payment again. I have since been trying to get the money back and they keep going in circles about how they can’t refund the 150USD! I need the developers to refund me immediately. This app is pathetic

    Disgustingly manipulative company. Do NOT support this company. I am not the right demographic for this app. I am just looking for an app that has a free option to block YouTube and other sites. I don’t have a porn addition. I almost never watch it. This app makes you take a quiz at the beginning to create an account. It’s all about porn addiction. When they asked how much porn I watch I said “none”. Which is pretty true (there are rare occasions I have no shame about). Then it drags me through all these other questions on the quiz before giving me “some bad news” which is that I’m in the 88th percentile of porn addiction, with a cute graphic showing how much worse I was than average porn users. Then almost immediately afterwards they do a hard sell to buy a subscription, and they have no free option. I have no problem with apps charging (although I wish they told me up front to save me the hassle), but this was a brutal and disgusting method to try to take advantage of people who are suffering from addiction and try to squeeze money out of them. This is some scum of the earth behavior. These developers need to go look in the mirror. Last piece: As I clicked a button to leave the app and not purchase they tried to sell the premium to me one more time, one button said “Move forward” and the other one said: “No, I’d rather ruin my life” Gross.

    Terrible. Doesn’t work. Borderline malware.. The features just don’t work. I purchased the lifetime, and I am immediately angry that I did. I will be trying to seek a refund, but I doubt they will give me one. The app is terrible. Don’t use it, and certainly don’t PAY for it.

    It blocks random stuff and the sentence to disable never works. At first the app looked awesome functionality wise but after using it for not even a week it’s completely full of bugs that makes it hard to even use it as intended. The purpose of these apps are so it doesn’t have to be disabled to access things you are supposed to be allowed to. I was trying to order on the Panera app and it wouldn’t work and the amount of times I had to try and get a sentence that doesn’t have an apostrophe because for some reason it won’t recognize those sentences. This app is borderline a scam to pay even $50 year is crazy for something that is inherently broken, would not recommend at all.

    Stupid sentence verify. Sentence verification is not accurate. Simply I’ll type something that matches and it states the text does not match. I’ll do it three times carefully. So the sentence verification is garbage. I cannot download the apps that I need for work or update waste of time my work time.

    When It Works. When it works, it’s great. But too often the app is unstable, or just shuts down, or disconnects, or whatever it is doing. So then it allow you to get into sites that you had blocked. Then you have to contact Support or as just recently, it said my session had expired and I had to login. I never log out, so why did the session expire? It makes no sense. These types of things, it just suddenly not working, is the case on my Windows computer and my Apple phone. I bought the lifetime plan, but at this point, it won’t be lasting me a lifetime, that’s for sure. If this keeps up, I’m going to have to get a new app.

    Good blocker but some issues. On Android you can block certain keywords but on iOs you can only block websites or apps, which is too restrictive in the sense that I want to be on facebook but I want to block certain things on facebook, but I cant. So i either have to block the whole app entirely or risk seeing something triggering on the app.

    Disabling uninstall for the app shouldn’t disable uninstall for every app.. I cannot enable this feature without blocking myself from uninstalling any app. I have to have it disabled in order for me to properly have access to that very important feature.

    Way to easy to bypass. This is way to easy to bypass, all you need to do is type a couple of sentences and that’s it. It’s good at blocking it when you aren’t feeling like to play with yourself, but not when you do feel like it. Typing the sentences is ethier typing a speech that has nothing to do with struggling not to play with yourself and when it does my brain turns off they aren’t useful so I feel it would be more useful if there was another to turn it off.

    Struggle changing the buddy. I have been using the app for months. First on android and then on iPhone. I think on android it is harder to turn the blocker off and I like it, but on iPhone it’s very easy and I wanted to change the buddy to have some extra locker by adding a friend and it doesn’t allow me to do so on iPhone. I would like stronger ways to stop you from turning the blocker off.

    I think it should block all porn sites. I think instead of blocking certain sites I think it should block all porn keywords online for example if I just searched up porn it should be able to bliss it also it would help if not doing that instead give an list premade were it shows the ones you might want to block.

    Glitchy and inconsistent. In theory it’s a great app, but so many times the scheduled block doesn’t stop blocking after the time frame ends, and also doesn’t always start at the scheduled time. Fixing this often involves deleting the schedule and rebuilding it from scratch.

    Why can’t I use this on my PC. I went to contact support but it says it’s blocked by the app like it’s an adult site? How am I supposed to log into my account for my pc?
