Don’t bother. Deactivated my account because a customer lied on me. I tried to appeal and they didn’t do anything.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Glitches cost me orders. There are sessions when the app auto-declines all my orders. There was one day the app was declining all my orders. I could not run that entire day and it declined a total of 18 orders which tanked my acceptance rate. Phone support was no help and technical support has never responded to the issue. I also have favors assigned to me from outside the neighborhood I chose. One was an estimated distance of 26 miles! Of course, I declined it but again it affected my acceptance rate and I shouldn’t have been assigned it in the first place. Technical support is non-existent so be prepared for that.
- ★★★★★slow performance and long loading times
Trash pay very slow long distances and you get penalized for not accepting all orders. Trash pay very slow long distances and you get penalized for not accepting all orders

App Issues. If you ever have an issue with the app not working, don’t expect them to help. If the app fails on you, and it’s something out of your control.. just know your ratings will be punished for it. “There is nobody at Favor who can help solve this issue unfortunately.” That’s the most you will get.

Extremely low Pay. Very demanding labor. They require you to shop for 20-50 items and you’re only paid $3.95 base pay plus whatever tip they can squeeze out of the customer. Try carrying 30+ items and a 48pack of water up stairs for just $8. CRAZY.

Inadequate pay. On numerous orders, the commute & time spent shopping on the orders do not equal the pay received. Multiple instances where it states an item is in stock but never is & the route it provides you while shopping is more time consuming/inconvenient!

Corporate Wage Slavery. Terrible app, the greed of the owners is insane, tips are awful and you have to do everything yourself.

Not what it used to be. Will try to send you to other cities to run, $8 to shop over 60 groceries and drive 10+ miles, new delivery window that they say won’t affect your contract but people have been let go for delivering late, we used to be able to pick up groceries to deliver but now we have to shop for those groceries for the same pay we were getting before. I’ve spoken on a panel with other runners at Favor HQ in Austin and I doubt all of us still run. I know I’m pretty much done. I didn’t run often but I was making an easy 100-200 on a weekend, now I’m lucky if I make 50.

Umm.. App won’t let you leave bad reviews only good reviews when you end shift. All HEB orders should have a $25 minimum. Ive ruined my Favor rating because the app will send orders that are literally only requesting some Jello and Hot Chocolate! Im not wasting my gas or risking my life in ATX for some Jello! One time I completed an order with 71 items that I only made $8 from! Terrible!

Favor Runner. The app glitches and makes delivering very frustrating

No order. Sorry

Slow. It will pull you in by giving you work and then just stop sending you orders. Ghosts bans you for no reason

Paid for nothing and ate air for dinner. My driver just guessed on a house to drop off my dinner at. I’ve been waiting for another driver to pick up a new order but it’s already too late and everything is closing. Thanks Favor

Horrible Pau. If you like going into shopping for orders with a base pay of $3, then this app is for you. Favor plays too many games. I except better from HEB, but typical billionaire dollar corporation going the way of Walmart.

The worst delivery app. One of the most important aspects of a food delivery app is customer support. However, this app does not offer proper online support. Inside the app, there is a "Help" button, but when you tap it, it only shows a few preset options. One of them is "Help with a live Favor". When you tap that, you get the message: “If you need help with a Favor you are currently running, or recently delivered — you can contact our live Runner support team by using the ‘Need Help’ button inside of the Runner app.” But when you click "Need Help", it just takes you back to the same page — creating a loop with no way to actually reach support. It’s a frustrating and completely non-functional system. Additionally: The face ID verification system, which seems to be copied from Walmart’s Spark app, doesn't work properly. Sometimes, after scanning your face, it says: “Our team is currently verifying your identity. This will be completed within 72 hours.” That means you may not be able to work for 3 full days, which is unacceptable — especially for people who rely on this job as their main income. The map feature, also apparently inspired by Walmart’s app, is not as detailed or accurate. This sometimes causes confusion and delays during deliveries. Most importantly: All these issues are causing us to waste a lot of valuable time, which directly affects our earnings. As runners/drivers, time is money. If the app doesn’t support us efficiently, it makes it much harder to do our job. About 2.5 years ago, I started working for Favor. Back then, the pay was pretty decent. I was only working part-time, usually from around 4 PM to 9 or 10 PM, and I was averaging about $20 an hour including promotions. For example, if I completed 5 deliveries, each one would average around $10 with the promo bonuses included. Later, they first removed the promotions. After that, they also got rid of the minimum $7–$8 pay for HEB store deliveries. They started sending shopping deliveries for as low as $6. Recently, I even got an offer for a 15-mile delivery with 40 items for only $6.40. On Walmart’s Spark app, there are a lot more orders, and most of the time the pay doesn’t go below $10. So I started doing Spark instead. I keep Runner on as well, but I only accept orders if they’re actually worth it. Sometimes I only get 1–2 good orders a day, or none at all.

No driver support. The worst!. This app is made to work against the driver and only make the people behind it the real money. Typical cooperate greed.

Decadencia. Convirtieron la mejor app de delivery en una de las peores. El CEO DEBE ESTAR FEÑIZ
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Not Worth It. You are basically filling orders to make money for the gas you wasted filling the order. The amount of gas wasted while working for Favor is insane. Gas prices are crazy right now and this is not a good side hustle for anyone.

They won’t compensate you. Had a customer cancel in the middle of ordering thru the aisle spent about 3 hours and they just give me 5 dollars.

Low tippers, orders not worth money. 12 miles for 3 dollar shop and pay delivery 🤣

Pay-Earnings. I believe the pay structure needs to be adjusted for large and heavy orders. I recently received an order with 137 heavy items for only $10, which is not fair compensation for the time, effort, and physical work required. Even if the distance is short, the workload of such a large order should be considered. Better pay for high item counts and heavy items is needed.
