   خدمه سيئه. سيء جداً ، المندوب كتب تم التسليم ولم يسلم الطلب ، وخدمة العملاء لم تتعامل مع المشكله بشكل حرفي وتعيد المبلغ الا بعد التهديد برفع شكوى وارفاق المحادثات للمندوب وممثل خدمة العملاء كاثبات

    خدمة عملاء سيئة. صار لي فترة عميل وقبل كم يوم طلبت طلب والطلب جاني ناقص صنفين وكلمت خدمة العملاء وخبرتهم بالمشكلة ويقوم خدمة العملاء يرفع لي طلب تعويض لصنف واحد مع العلم اني قايله انو طلبي ناقص صنفين. وفي نفس رجعت خبرته بس هو قالي انو بيرفع شكوى او شي كذا والى هذي اللحظة صار لي الان ثلاث ايام ولم يتم تعويضي مع اني كلمت خدمة العملاء ممكن 5 مرات ولاحد حل المشكلة.

    Checkout page is horrible. The checkout page needs to be updated to be more clear and show the items properly. Also i keep on forgetting to change the card that i want to use because you don’t show the options properly. Also they no longer have good offers now!

    Suddenly order cancelled. Really i have bad experience with this app, i have ordered and waiting 1 hour more than estimated time, so finally they replied your order is cancelled and you get 10 dirham voucher!!!!!!

    عدم المصداقيه بالصور والطلبات. للاسف عدم المصداقيه بالطلبات والكول سنتر فاشل وما يعرف يحل المشاكل وتواصل معاي مدير الكول سنتر وافشل من الموظفين بالمعامله

    نصب واحتيال وسيء جدا لابعد حد. تطبيق في بادئ الامر اول ماشتغل بالسعوديه خدمة ولا اروع وبعد ان تم تجميع كمية زبائن بدأت الخدمه في الانحدار والسوء. بعد ماتدفع المبلغ يعطيك الوقت المحدد للوصول وبعدها بعدة دقائق يتغير الوقت ويصبح اكبر. هذا الكذب على العملاء. وايضاً طلبت مخبوزات ٢ بوكس ووصلني بوكس واحد فقط وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء افادوني بأنه سوف يتم اعادة المبلغ خلاص ١٤ يوم وذلك بسبب البنك. وعند طلبي له بسرعة تحويل المبلغ الان او رفع شكوى لوزارة التجارة تم تحويل المبلغ في اقل من دقيقه. تطبيق معتمد على تضليل الزبائن واستغلالهم. تم حذف التطبيق الكاذب.

    يسرقون البطاقه ولا يمك استرداد المبلغ. تطبيق يسرق فلوسك واذا وصل الطلب مختلف لا يرجعون لك المبلغ ابدًا، تطبيق طلبات اكثر احترافيه منهم بكثير

    Classic bait and switch. What started with a ton of offers and discounts, ended up being the worst delivery app. From delays to poor customer service, all they can offer is vouchers. They don’t understand the demographic or communicate properly with merchants, making it unreliable and a nightmare if anything goes wrong. When it works it’s fine, but there’s a handful of other ‘fine’ options that have more experience and are local.

    تجربة سيئه. أسوء تطبيق وأسوء خدمة عملاء! بسبب نظام الدفع المسبق، المندوب يضمن المستحقات ثم يقوم بتغيير حالة الطلب إلى (تم التسليم) ويأخذ الطلب لنفسه دون أن يصلني شيء. تكرر معي هذا الموقف المؤسف أكثر من 6 مرات، وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لا أجد أي حلول أو إنصاف أو استرداد للأموال. تطبيق يفتقر للأمان ومضيعة للمال والوقت، لا أنصح بالتعامل معه مطلقاً."

    Worst customer service experience. Ordered delivery. Order unexpectedly became pickup. Customer service repeatedly claimed I selected pickup but could not provide evidence. When asked for logs or proof, they stated they could not provide them due to internal restrictions. Support ultimately refused any compensation despite the additional time and transportation costs incurred. I gave customer support multiple chances to resolve a reasonable complaint, they refused, and I no longer trust the platform.
