Tracker glitches like crazy. So I’ve had issues with the tracker in the past from the delivery driver teleporting on screen and it freezing frequently but none of those times made me wanna write a bad review but this time it glitched and said my pizza was delivered to the wrong address and I called the dominoes that sent the pizza and they said that delivery driver wasn’t even here yet. These issues need to be fixed.

Consistently does not work. Honestly, this is the WORST app for ordering food. Consistently does not work and won’t process my payment, no matter the type of payment I choose. It is so frustrating and slow. I can’t believe it’s been like this for YEARS and Dominos hasn’t fixed it yet. And yes, I have uninstalled the app and even on my new phone it STILL doesn’t work.

Bad update. They updated the order process and it sucks. Used to be able save orders and just re-order in 2 min. I paused my order to come write this review because of how many extra button clicks it was taking so I just gave up to come here. You’re a pizza company, not a software company, so don’t hold people’s time hostage trying to keep them on your app longer.

Past orders??. It is absolutely ridiculous that you can not see your past orders, even from earlier the same night. I needed to adjust a tip on my card and could not do it on the app. Going through customer service was absolutely worthless, so the whole experience has made me not want to order ever again.

Dominos suck. The new feature yall added which lets us play a game n score to earn points is garbage i have 50 points and I played the game n scored points and it said i did not score any points im not downloading this app no more not only that yall got rid of all the good food so now yall are worse than Pizza Hut

Ads and Pricing don’t line up. Been ordering dominos for a while, especially on the app. Every time I use it, it forces me to sign back in, no matter the settings I have set… also, lately they started charging more for various toppings or sauces that aren’t reflected in the app, you just notice a subtle 75 cent upcharge on something, even if it’s inbounds of the advertisement. Normally, this would be a business review instead of an app review; however, the product owners and development team don’t expose these charges within the application interface, which is a hit on the mobile ordering. What happened dominos? Since when do you charge more for getting the white sauce instead of the red sauce and why doesn’t your app say it’s an upcharge? Why don’t your deals in the app calculate correctly? Sad day. This is why I don’t like to order from you anymore… your mobile experience has gone down hill.

Pin point delivery. Every time dominos try’s to deliver to my residence, Google Maps takes them to the wrong house. The only way to get to my house is to use Apple Maps. That being said I’ve tired to use pin point delivery multiple times and it always has an error and won’t let me drop a pin on my house.

Didn’t notify worker of error. We ordered a sausage pizza and the location we ordered it at was out of sausage and the app didn’t even tell her it was supposed to be sausage because the store was out of it, so our pizza got defaulted to cheese WHICH IS DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGG. Not the workers fault. The app’s fault.
