   Do not care for regular customers. We dined in at Perkins at 7625 Turkey Lake Road Orlando Florida today for Father’s Day breakfast for my husband and my son. I had received a coupon for 20% off for Dining In. I forgot to tell our server and when I got home, I called and talked to whoever answered, the phone and the general manager was in the background and I was told once your bill is cashed out we can do nothing about it. The general manager was there in the background and said the same thing can do nothing about it. I asked to speak to him and was told he’ll tell you the same thing as me. I said we have been regulars since Sand Lake Road and now Turkey Lake Road in Orlando. I asked for the corporate number and was told I could probably look up the number he didn’t know what it was. Be sure you do not forget your coupons when you go to the Turkey Lake store restaurant. I was also surprised that our server didn’t mention it.

   Upset. The app was working fine until it was updated and now it doesn’t work at all! Quit messing with stuff that wasn’t broken!!

    Horrible new app UI + update. On iPad, app is horrible. Infuriating when companies redesign UI without proper testing and user experience. Horrible user experience. Out of spite I will no longer dine with Denny’s just because of your horrible app. BYE

    This new update is bad. I used to get the family slam and now every option that was available isn’t even there. I used to “slam it up” and add extra bacon sausage and toast but now that not there. I also can’t even add condiments from my order. Why down grade your app…..

    Log in. Logging in isn’t a problem anymore but finding a location to use your app is ridiculous. I put in my address, I used my location and you still can’t find the nearest location. Deleting again until you fix the damn app.

    They changed the format from Dennys after one order they refuse to pay. The food is perfect the cook and server changed the app to alienate the entire county Denny is a precious commodity we cannot order again why? We want our money back for breaking code

    Latest update sucks. The latest update only allows me to order online for for pick up. It does not let me see my rewards anymore. It does not let me see the menu anymore. It’s terrible.

    Terrible app. Renewed Sign in does not work. Password works on the website but not on the app. Likewise the phone number sign in with 6 digit code does not work. No more modifier fields on the dinner items (no gravy on steak). Absolutely terrible.

    False Advertisement. Pay attention the App doesn’t “reward” based on simply downloading the App. Its entire premise is to get you into the restaurant. It’s a playbook in Trump’s technological incompetence. Apparently, you need to order from a special menu for the reward but they won’t tell you about the special menu until after you’ve ordered from the original menu, ate your food and have been given a check.

    This App is Horrible. You can’t look at the whole menu, there’s options missing. Under Starters you can see the nachos on the image for Starters but when you click on it nachos isn’t an option. Forget about milkshakes. The app is extremely limited and completely useless to be honest. Just go to the restaurant, it’s less stressful

    Can’t login to rewards. Touching the sign in link does nothing. Touching “create account” slides a page across and back again. iPhone 16. Seems like it wasn’t tested on this? The framed web browser also rotates when you rotate the phone - seems like basic stuff to get wrong.

    Somehow can never sign in to redeem coupons. No matter how many times I reset my password, when it comes to redeeming a coupon, my sing-in attempt is somehow denied. What a waste. The app won't let me view coupons even when signed in. It's a joke.

    Terrible. I receive emails with offers like $8 off of $30. However none of the offers ever show up on the app. Neither do the rewards. It’s so annoying. Why send out offers if you can’t pull them up in the app.

    Sent an order to a store that was closed. Placed an order for a store marked as open 24 hours. When I went to pick up they said the order was placed for midnight. Still charged an NO WAY to cancel or request refund. After using this app daily for almost a month I’m switching to McDonald’s. Cleaner app and doesn’t send orders to closed stores marked as open.

    Not working. What is wrong with the Denny’s app? It won’t let you scan your barcode. Nothing really works on it other than starting the order and you can’t even check out.

    One major problem. It works great. App is pretty good. One problem is the establishment and communication. I ordered country fried steak dinner. What I got was the dinner without all of the components the dinner was supposed to have.
