   Broke my strings. I’m a beginner so take that for what it’s worth. The app is not very intuitive. Upon first use, I ended up over tightening my strings that until I snapped one. Probably just user error on my part but this app is very confusing. I have sense got another one that is much more easy to use. In addition, I cannot find anywhere on the app a place to cancel my subscription. I don’t want to pay for this weekly.

   Trying to cancel. This is so sad you guys hide the button when someone is not happy with your product trying to get more than one month out of them even though they do not like it I have no problem with contacting a lawyer because I believe passed by law it was supposed to be made easier for people to cancel their subscriptions so I’m sorry, but this website is coming off as quite the shyster and crooked people. I would never even dream of dealing with this again when you can’t even find a cancel button, unbelievably horrid.

   Scam app. I needed a guitar tuner app and did the subscription to unlock all the features. My bad on not paying attention but $7.99 per week!!! Its not gonna bankrupt me but I wasn’t paying attention for the last few months and im a little upset. Pay attention when you select a sub plan.

    Free functionality is useless. This developer’s monetization strategy is ridiculous. You download this free app and are immediately pushed to buy a subscription for $9.99/month before even getting to try any functionality. That’s right, $9.99/month, not just $9.99. You can skip this (it’s not obvious how, but look for the “Later” button) to try the tuner. However, in the free version the accuracy is limited and it does not give you fine tuning numbers when you get near the correct pitch. I just keeps popping up annoying messages like “E2 Perfect!” even when you’re quite far off. You can tune better by ear. Then there are surprise full-screen ads for soliatre games that pop up and are impossible to close. I had to quit the app to get rid of them. If the developer would just charge $2.99 up front for full accuracy they’d have a nice product. Instead they are dishonest about their product and lose out on customers as a result.

    Not enough stuff. This is a ripoff of GuitarTuna and doesn’t have any functions except standard guitar tuning unless you buy it for ukelele and anything that should be on a standard tuning app.🙄

    Terrible Experience. I downloaded the app to have a look at this app. I saw that there was a free trial, which I didn't want, so I followed the instructions to cancel, but have been charged 13 times to the tune of £104. I am not inclined to use this app again as things stand.

    Money taken. I have had this app take money from my account after stating it was a free trial. I’m sick to death of false or misleading information being advertised resulting in me paying out £14.99! During this difficult time I am unable to pay out for unnecessary apps and am also unable to contact the provider since the link to the address provided does not work. I would ask this company to kindly refund me the ridiculous fee they that have charged me so I can then take down this review. Until I am able to discuss this situation with the developer with a contact that works then this is my only option. Please make contact.

    -. I used this app maybe twice, and yes it is an accurate and easy to use tuner. However the one star rating is for the lack of transparency when it comes to the paid memberships and the lack of response from the app's team. The app makes it impossible/very difficult to see your subsription status, and the option to cancel is not there either. I tried to see if I was suscribed before going abroad, and did not see any indication. I came back later to find about 150-200$ had been charged to my card over 3.5 months. Use this app cautiously so you don't lose money, or find another app that is more transparent.
