Don’t bother. I downloaded the app and attempted to create an account several times in three ways, and nothing happens. No code gets sent to my emails, my phone number “exceeds the quota” and my apple account doesn’t work either. Fix your app so other people aren’t wasting their time

Confused. I wanted to try this app because I need people to vent to hoping that I would meet people that I relate to, but when I try to sign up and make an account none of the options are working. It’s like it was a dead mission before it even started. It’s sad.

Not Working. Reading the reviews, I’m sure this app is great! But all sign up options do not work as they forever load or produce an error. I’ll re-rate when this is fixed and I get to experience the app, but it’s just not letting me in :(

Was a nice app, sad to see how it was left.. I typically never write reviews for apps and I may be over sharing here for closure’s sake but opening up is sort of what this app was all about. Back in 2020 when I was around 17 or 18 and just mentally and emotionally at my lowest point from Anxiety and other aspects of life, I turned to this app for some potential solace and confide with others about the things that were tearing me up inside and to hopefully uplift others as well. For what it was worth, the community and people I had spoken to were genuinely lovely and a delight to speak with even in one off interactions and the venting and emotional calendars were neat as well. However, as my life began to change after high school I began to unintentionally grow more and more distant from the app and the community as my emotional and communication skills were underdeveloped (I’m still very flawed and it’s something I chastise myself for to this day) and I had sadly left it. I did remember this app recently and felt awful about how I left out of the blue like that and hoped to reach out to others still around. I was disappointed to find though that the app was seemingly abandoned and has stopped receiving any support and future updates. As I type this I’ve been stuck on the loading screen for a while with no way of logging in. I was expecting at the very least to see some sort of shut down announcement somewhere but just nothing as I noticed many others had dealt with the same issue months ago. Not writing this to call out any developer as I don’t know their situation but it’s still sad to see as right now it is seemingly unusable. My long and drawn out point being, as this app went by many names, Sup was a great means of creating community through supporting others going through it and find finding that same level of support through the wonderful people on here and it is a shame that this project was just left in the dust like this without any closure of its status. To those who I may have encountered on here, I hope y’all are doing great, living amazing lives and wish you nothing but the best and to those who took the time to read this review, I hope the same for you as well. :)

Can’t sign up. If I type my email in, it just says it’s loading and does nothing when I click Continue. If I enter my phone number, it displays a message about an error that I have no information about.

App closed. I guess they silently closed down this app, it's a real shame too, it was pretty nice, everyone says they couldn't log in but i can't even get to the log in page, it just sits on the opening logo screen, if it ever comes back i'll change my review because I genuinely did like it but it's just gone Edit: hey gues vent shut down for real real this time can we have sup back now?

Great app. What happened to this app? Did they just abandon it? The forgot login link doesn’t work. So I basically lost years of entries. My own fault for trusting an app. Trying to contact someone but their website doesn’t work. Why can’t we add pics to entries anymore? Also how do we turn off those live notifications? I love the app and the update is cool. Especially the journal prompts!! However, I do miss some of the old features. For one, the mood graph. Also the entries should definitely have dates/times. Time stamps are so important when journaling moods, please bring that feature back. Oh and what happened to journal editing/updating without writing an entirely new entry? Especially if the time isn’t recorded. Not too sure if the screen changes color with moods anymore either. I have that feature turned on, but I see no change. I noticed a few glitches with the update, but that’s to be expected. Like sometimes the left side of my entry screen doesn’t fully show what I’m typing? Also the calendar can’t find any of my old entries before the update when I click certain days that I’m SURE I wrote an entry for. A lot of the new/updated features are confusing. So I’ll stay away for now. Just want to journal, upload pics and track mood. Great app overall. I recommended it to a few friends.
