Fake Flowers. This is extremely disappointing to write unfortunately but I have to give this app 1 star. I’ve used this app in the past and even recommend it to so many people, but most recently having the app again, I have not been able to grow a single flower in over several months. I genuinely try this app everyday, check off each one or answer yes the next day when it asks if everything was completed. But nothing. It’s so dissatisfying. Never until this app wanted a subscription did I have so much unnecessary trouble with it. Multiple emails and no response from anyone on the team. Eden went from being one of my favorite apps to being a complete dud.

They practically force your hand to pay some kind of subscription. The free version of the app is extremely limited. You can only have four goals listed unless you pay a subscription fee

No free trial - was charged. There was supposed to be a free 3 day trial, but I was charged for the first month immediately so there is no free 3 day trial. This did not give the option then to try it and cancel within the 3 days. Can’t say anything about the app so far as I just downloaded it.

Was billed for a year even though I cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended.. Hi, I canceled my subscription before the trial period ended, but I was still charged for a year. Also, I am unable to log in to the account I had during the trial period. It seems like I wasted money for nothing. Could you please process a refund?

Problem solved. I was having a problem with my garden growing , but when I left a disappointing review the maker reached out. I wish they had responded to my previous emails and it didn’t take a bad review to get a response , but oh well at least it is fixed now! I like the app, it is a simple checklist you can make with relaxing music that plays in the background when you use the app . And I love the update , because I often forget to check off my nighttime stretching routine because I am winding down for the day , and now it asks me when I turn on the app the next day if I forgot and achieved all the tasks. Great little app, worth the price. If it had a vacation mode it would be perfect! Stinks now they updated it again, and you loose features you had before and have to pay more to get old features back.

Frustrating. I love the design and general concept but there is no way to mark things that you completed in the past. I am frequently too busy to log in every day and then I can’t check the things I completed in previous days. The expectation is totally unrealistic for busy people.

Free version lacks. You can only have 5 habits and 1 flower in the free version. This is so disappointing. Its a beautiful app but I can’t afford to pay for it, nor would I want to when other apps give me way more features for free. ❤️🩹

Premium. I bought premium on Eden around 3 years ago, I’ve been using it on and off for those three years and it has really helped me. Now I go into the app and no longer have premium. I have to pay again a larger price for a service I already had. I love the app and the concept but this is very frustrating.

Confused 😐. When you go into the app it doesn’t really give you good introduction on how to use and operate app. Also, why how come whenever I complete a task my flower grows I don’t really understand it because it didn’t really tell me what that means very well, is the flower symbol of your growing good habits? I have so many questions.

Flower is not growing. I’m gonna try and give this another week, but this flower does not grow no matter how much I check off, and I’m checking off everything. It stays a stem. Pretty disappointing.

Could be improved. Beautiful idea and lovely graphics. I’ve been looking for an app like this. But some of the growth is so subtle I can’t tell what it is, like one dot in the center of one flower. Wish we got results for each habit, like one petal or leaf for each task. Also it seems like there are only a few garden choices. I’ll be done soon. YOU NEED MORE GARDEN DESIGNS!!

Very cute and not very comfortable. I wanted to purchase a subscription to the eden habit tracker, I really liked the idea and design, it's very nice, but it bothers me that the widget exists only for viewing, you can't mark things you've done directly in the widget, it's very inconvenient, and you can't, for example, plan to drink 5 glasses of water and add a glass each throughout the day. you can not add to do something two or three times in one day, for example, to drink vitamins and mark it at one point several times. Your app is very beautiful and wonderful, but not very user-friendly. I hope it will become more convenient someday.
