Garbage!. You people deleted everything I created!!!!! Plus when I check things off as done it pops right back up to the top of the list and you think I’m going to do the paid version when the free version is defective??? Not a chance.

  2. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Do not purchase. This app is literally nothing more than a to do list. Definitely not worth the $17 a month or $60 a year. Wish me luck trying to retrieve my money and find an app that actually helps guide you.

  3. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Terrible experience. Tried the free trial and canceled two days before it ended and till this day it’s trying to charge me $86.53 cents. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and they never emailed me back lucky I took screenshots of everything when I started the free trial and when I canceled the free trial. Do not use the free trial. It will try to charge you a whole year. Sad company to be honest.

  4. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

You have to purchase to try it out. After answering a ton of questions, I find that you cannot use this app without purchasing a subscription. Waste of my time. Also, it wanted me to give them a 5 star rating without trying it out.

  5. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Why so expensive. I don’t understand why it costs so much money just for a checklist it should be free for people who struggle. I can’t make one on a piece of paper or I can by a whiteboard for cheaper. It just doesn’t make sense. If you want to help then make it free!

  6. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Think ahead. Do you want the app to run you or you explore the appp as you go this is an expensive app that tells you not helping to find your list and when to do the steps to get it done.hmph… When is Apple going to make sure 1 you can back up the review and 2 you know exact purchase details so you don’t waste your time of months of getting a refund.

  7. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Just a task list. You can create a task list on your phone. Unfortunately it only allowed me to purchase with the guarantee money back at the bottom of the screen. So I went a head based on reviews and the Facebook video I saw. I quickly realized this was not something I was going to really use. So I went to cancel the subscription and ask for a refund. The policy says if you go through their site they offer money back. If you go through Apple. You have to request the refund through them. So beware there is no free trial option and your not getting your money back.

Anxiety filled. This app gave me such horrible anxiety I had to delete it after 2 days

  9. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Major buyer’s remorse. This app is so basic and dumb. I just spent an embarrassingly large amount of money on it, and I’ve deleted it in less than a week.

  10. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Theft. Not recommended, if you don’t like the program. If you try to cancel during the free trail They still take your money.

  11. ★★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Charged me extra. I was supposed to pay 39.99 but it charged me 56 dollars 💀

Disappointing - especially for ADHD-ers. First, I will say that the UI of this app is cool - I wish more apps were as colorful and illustrated like this one! It’s a tad busy, and partly because of that, the UX of the app isn’t as great. With so many large graphics, it’s not as easy to differentiate between all the categories as it should be. The navigation of the app is not intuitive either. Some of the categories are inconsistent and there are several routines that are incorrectly categorized - or just weirdly, like the “Good to Read” section has articles like “Get Rid of Cellulite” and “Define Your Jawline” and then there’s “Abusive Relationships”. The latter article is so random and there’s nothing else like it in the app. Most importantly for me: There isn’t much of anything that’s actually directed towards ADHD aside from one “routine” that gives tips/steps for ADHD that are pretty much the same as many of the other routines and totally oblivious to what it’s like for someone with ADHD to actually create habits and routines. There are promises in the beginning section about helping you form habits and learning about the “habit loop” and all that - I haven’t found that anywhere. It seems random as to what’s included in the free version - I appreciate that widgets are included, but the journaling feature isn’t. You can select your mood and emotions (although those are super limited), but then as soon as you go to actually write something, the subscription thing pops up. It really bothers me when apps don’t have a free trial* - it comes across to me as though the developers don’t have enough confidence in their app to trust that the users will want to subscribe after the trial. And it’s extra frustrating when there is no info on what is actually included in the pro subscription - I can’t find that info anywhere. * In their terms and conditions it says “You may be offered a trial of Premium Membership (“Trial”) for a specific period (“Trial Period”). We make no representation or warranties that you will be offered any Trials or that all features and content offered through Premium Subscriptions will be offered with any Trials.” And I will never understand why sooo many apps ask you to leave a review after you’ve used the app for a couple of minutes - or like this app, WHILE you are signing up!!! I wonder if the developers will respond with almost the same wording as they do with everyone else…

Not what they offer first. Im disappointed, this looked like I’m gonna have my breathing session every day with a reminder, and no. There’s not big features if you pay. Easily you can use your google calendar and do same with checklist. Not friendly use app.

  14. ★★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Not what I expected. I paid the annual fee of ~$60 and was so disappointed to discover that it’s nothing more than a to do list. I expected that I would find all the tools (journal and other trackers) in the app and if they’re there I haven’t been able to find them. In my opinion it’s not worth the $60 when you can find self-help to do lists for free all over the internet.

Too pushy. I was so excited to try this app. I really wanted to like it and I NEED the help. But there are some major drawbacks to this app. First, the app is so pushy about paying for membership. Yes, you can X out of it and use it for free (limited access to features). I would have paid for the membership, but I wanted to be able to see what I was paying for first!! The introduction was cute and seemed helpful, but then you’re prompted to pay before seeing how it works. So I kept hitting X to close the pay screen, and tried to give it a chance. I added a recurring habit and set a time for it to remind me. I ended up stuck in a call for work, and I got a notification about an “overdue task.” That immediately stressed me out. And the default first “habit” (which is a reminder to take a deep breath) triggered a notification at midnight. I got many notifications to “hustle.” Sorry, but that just increases my anxiety, it doesn’t relieve it. So I am the app. Thanks but no thanks.

Seems like a great app but greedy. I was really into the app because it seemed like the perfect app to help me get back in my feet, unfortunately I can’t spend money on it, and because of this I’m going to have to settle for an app that is not that useful.

  17. ★★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Ehh I wish it was semi free you basically can’t do nothing but breathe not worth the download. Thumbs down

Leaves out the males. I thought this was going to be useful, but then I discovered that all the quizzes were written for women. I’m going to have to drop the app as I don’t feel that I am getting my money’s worth.

Good App, Could be Better. I got this app a while ago, and I do genuinely like it! It offers more free features than other paid apps or subscriptions which I love. There’s so many options for building a custom routine for morning and evening, and the interface is quite simple to use! However, I really wish there were some specific features. For instance, I would ADORE a Dark Mode for when I want to use the app at night. The bright white interface is blinding in the dark, and I generally do not do well with bright backgrounds, as I am sensitive to light. Additionally, I would really appreciate if the “Newcomer Discount” message would GO AWAY. It’s the first thing I see whenever I open the app and it’s really annoying. I understand wanting to promote the paid services of this app but it’s aggravating to see that message and click out of it every single time I open Dear Me. Or at least if there was an option like “Do Not Show Again” after seeing the promotion message once. Aside from these issues, I love the app so far and really like how organized it is! :)

Great app, needs a few more features. Great app !! Love how it reminds me to do my habits and it did help me do many things I was always very lazy to do which is great !! But I would really love for the devs to add more features for the free version other than just habit reminders and a calendar, maybe like ( a few mini games to make doing your habit a bit more exciting - daily tips at the start of app ) thanks !!

i’m confused. i don’t know if it’s just me but it wouldn’t let me see the discover page i don’t know if there is a bug or a glitch i will try tomorrow but it’s weird other than that it’s awesome

  22. ★★★★expensive subscription for what is basically just a checklist

Great but could be better. Dear me is a really good app but it just spams my phone with notifications and you have to pay for some things which I thought was weird because it said it was free but before you get any apps look at the reviews on it so you know if you are getting a good app or not

The beaver…. I couldn’t with the beaver. Why a beaver? I thought the people from the app screenshots would be there, not a beaver.
