   This app sucks!. This app is terrible! It won’t let me scan my room and I have an iPhone 16 like it requires. All I want is to virtually rearrange my living room and this definitely did not help and only wasted my time and made me annoyed!

   Doesn’t work. I tried to design from a photo of my home and from uploading a floor plan. Both are so broken they can’t be used. The photo would not align with the angle of the grid because there was no adjustment for the height of the photo, so the floor did not match the angle of the furniture. The floor plan would not upload because the “upload” button is directly behind the “start new design” button in the mobile UI for iPhone users, so it is impossible to pass the loop of start design> upload a floor plan> start design> upload floor plan ad infinitem. Waste of my time and shared data, wish I had not tried it.

   Purchase Only. Wanted to try the app but you only get to try one time and then you have to buy credits without testing the quality of the app.

   Don’t waste your time. I tried to download my phone plan and it kept telling me failed. I wasn’t able to get past the first step don’t waste your time.

   Doesn’t work. I tried the AI designer. It generated 2 free images for me and then prompted me to buy more credits and a subscription. After I did that it wouldn’t generate anymore images. I contacted support and haven’t heard back. This is a scam.

   Unsafe. This could be the best decorating app out there, except for one terrible draw back. I have been a paying member for 2 years now, but no longer feel safe on this app. There is no blocking feature, and in the last 2 months, I and my friends have been subjected to non stop verbal and sexual abuse in the comments. Despite repeated reports to Homestyler, nothing has been done to provide us with the ability to block abusive people. Several of my paying friends are leaving because of the abuse. I may be next, unless something is done to correct the issue!!

    Really disappointing. I started using this app back in 2014, back when it was EXCELLENT. Over the years it’s changed so much! I really don’t enjoy it all anymore. You used to be able to just create your on space and move the furniture around where you wanted. Now they’ve got some kind of assisted moving of the furniture and all these challenges and limitations on rooms and furniture. Absolutely NOT enjoyable anymore. Thought I’d pay for a subscription for a year and it was a big waste of money

    Website vs App. Why make an app of a website when you can’t even do any of the website functions. Like, I can’t even make a silly floor plan. Even then, I cannot use the great website on my iPad, only a desktop. Aren’t iPads and laptops basically the same these days? What a waste of my Sunday afternoon.

    Collecting Private Data. The functionality is alright, I guess. Don't understand why we can't use this app to edit designs made on the web, but whatever. The main issue is that this app attempts to paste whatever's currently copied every time it's opened with no explanation as to why this data is needed, or what it will be used for.

    Disappointed. After reading a review that someone used this app to design rooms in their house, I was excited because this is what I’ve been looking for. However, when I went to the app, it wouldn’t accept my pictures, Keeps saying picture upload fail, try again later. So frustrating

    Very Difficult to cancel subscription.. App is fine. I have no respect for companies that try to rope you in. I didn’t need to waste 30 minutes researching how to cancel and then discover it can’t be done through the app.

    I pay for this frustration!. On iPad when I want to choose a design… blank black screen. Happens on iPhone as well but less often. This is just one of sooooo many glitches. Very very frustrating! I know many members have reached out through Discord. Is anyone there???

    😔. I have been using this app for years and has never had an issue logging in (IPhone)when I click the google link until recently. So the only way that I have access to all of my designs is if I login with my old android device

    Stop With the Push Notifications. Literally nobody wants 5 banner ads in 10 minutes. I know I can turn them off, but I shouldn't have to because they're straight up spam. Deleting your app is easier

    Would be the perfect app IF…. I spent over an hour designing a room for it to get deleted. I tried again, spending another 30 minutes and made sure to save my design but when I went to edit my draft, it was gone. All that time spent for it to not save. Such a waste. This app would be so fun if it actually saved designs.

    Mechanics are difficult. I love to design rooms and I thought this app would be the one I was looking for. I have a difficult time placing furniture and objects in the room templates. Very frustrating—not at all a pleasant and relaxing experience. I don’t know what your codes mean. It would help to have furniture in color as designers use color in coordinating a well-done design.

    Installed then deleted app in 20 minutes. Burdensome to create an account, iCloud Keychain auto-generated passwords were invalid because the must password must contain “both letters and numbers”, which of course they do. Once in the app, was stuck in one mode, required to add images of items, furniture, lamps, etc. Couldn’t get out of that mode, wouldn’t let me enter dimensions, layout, etc. Maybe this is a game rather than a design tool?
