Awful app. This is a terrible app. It said it was free and then forced you to subscribe only giving a 3 month or annual option and now I can’t cancel it until after the 3 months.

User friendly??!!!!!. This we side is not friendly user at all and it’s super hard to change your profile in it. Once you answer a question it doesn’t let you change it at all. I don’t like the app.

Instructions on Fasting App. Where are the instructions for doing this? The Timer has me confused. Am I supposed to press it after my time fasting and when I’m ready to eat ? It just kept extending my time to fast every time I logged in!

Money for nothing!!!!!. Ok so where IS the “automatic renewal” option????? I’ve searched every inch of this annoying app and there’s no way to alter anything - what about if you wanted to change your fasting window? No option for that!!! I’ll tell you what IF when the 3 months is up my subscription is automatically extended I WILL be taking legal action

Not sure how this is helping.... I filled out at all the correct information. I start eating at noon. I am an intermittent faster. I do 8:16. 8 hours of eating and 16 hours off. This app had me eating for 20 hours and ending my fast at 1am? Have absolutely no guidance in regards to Diet other then recipes for chocolate pancakes and other over caloric no very healthy foods. I never spend money on apps.... this was a waste.

Confusing and annoying - not enough info. This app doesn’t let you choose when you have your fasting periods and so if you want to practice intermittent fasting around your life it is impossible. It is a waste of money

Clearly not reading your own reviews. Please change the Liters to Oz or give options in the water area. For what you are charging it’s the least you can to the to compete with the other apps that are for intermittent fast.

Awful. I am really disappointed with this - especially given the price. The main reason for getting it was the promise of a Home Screen widget which does not work properly despite trying a couple of times to reinstall it. The recipes look revolting - insisting on pushing disgusting over processed vegan ingredient options even though I did not select the vegan plan. Waste of money. I am asking for a refund. Let’s see if they respond!
