   FRAUD: If it could be zero, it would - DO NOT USE THEM. No communication except automated emails & bots. It is now 27 days since bookipi charged my credit card. My vendor has STILL not been paid. Several emails with no response. Multiple automated responses to our inquiries asking for ‘patience’. A series of emails from both me and the vendor provided full documentation, and resulted in more automated emails with canned responses, asking for patience. I am going to give up and declare the transaction fraudulent with my credit card, meaning I now have to get a new card issued - thanks bookipi.

   Scamming. This app will scam the invoice sender and client with surcharges and fees. My setting are fully set up to make sure the client covers all applicable fees. After some time I noticed that I’m getting charges for those fees. After getting through their annoying “AI help” bot I got ahold of a real person. Basically just giving general statements like “if the customer pays the fees then you won’t” and “make sure your settings are set up correctly”. I sent picture evidence that my setting have been set up properly and ask for them to proved proof that they haven’t been double dipping surcharges. I have been waiting 4 days for a reply which I suspect will never come. STAY AWAY they will scam you. Very tempted to escalate this issue with the banks and have them look into this apps transactions.

   Sold out. I used to love the ability to estimate and bill clients as a super small business. Not that this company sold it to adds and no longer catering to their small customers I am on the hunt for a new lover of my business. No heads up to the change really told me they donor care

   Consistently downgraded. I have used bookipi since 2020. They have consistently worsened the app with each addition… It’s weird how much better this was when it was free.

   Updates. App updates are making it more tedious to generate an invoice. Within last year, the number of steps touches, and time needed to generate an invoice has dramatically increased. Thinking of changing to an another app. Usually latest update is giving me a rage.

   Horrible app. I opened the app one morning to see that I’m logged out and they don’t let me log back in. zero customer service since there isn’t anyone to talk to. Save ur money … I lost a few open invoices of thousands of dollars and now I have no idea where to go from here. Extremly disappointed

    Very Bad customer Service!. Very bad customer service! I’ve been trying to get my account issue resolved because I was locked out and there is no help! I received one reply and it seems they don’t even know or can’t fix their own system problems! Unbelievable! If I could give a zero I would!

    Worst customer service. I have not been able to log on to the web browser version and after completing all the steps that the AI chat had asked me to do I am still not able to make it work. You can’t get anyone on a phone and the chat is useless. I will be asking for a refund because of the time and cost that my company has lost due to this application. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

    DO NOT BUY!!!. This is only designed to funnel you into getting more of their stuff. I paid for the full one year version and can’t even remove the “pay by credit card” option on the invoice. Then a customer tried to pay through the credit card feature, and i need to subscribe to some additional payment situation! NO! I want an invoice app, not a way to alienate customers and force me to use the BookiCRAP payment service. Not worth the money. I don’t know the solution, but it ain’t this app.

    Over A Week To Receive Payment. Over a week to receive payment. What year are we in? Is it 2005? Also no real way to know you’re actually speaking to some one. No phone number either. Now I have two payments stuck in limbo and no real way of telling where they are. How does this help my small business?

    UPDATE - STRAIGHT TRASH. Congratulations on doing the exact same thing QuickBooks did. In fact, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you idiots ARE QuickBooks. Your update RUINED the entire program. It’s unworkable and unusable. You have cost me time and money now that I don’t have to waste. I hate you for doing what you did! I can’t even modify my invoices. I have no more quick search so when I scroll through my items I have to scroll through page after page after page to find the “parts” icon. Doing that every time is impossible. Do you morons have any idea of the parts I deal with at my shop and to do this every single time is INSANE! It will take me hours to do one #%?!ING invoice not to mention when I’m done with the invoice you’ve taken away the ability to modify it when I have to add more parts or labor or whatever so if you don’t do a perfect ticket the first time you’re screwed! Thanks for nothing LOSERS! 😡😡😡

    This is not free. The description says free now today they have changed the app to subscription you can use it 3times every 30 days then you can’t use it I’ve been using this app for a couple years and until today I’ve not had a problem this is greedy and saying it’s free is bogus

    Beware of scam. I canceled before the trial period ended and the still have a pending charge of 14.07. Please cancel attempted charge/ You are holding my Apple account hostage will report to FTC

    Charging me for two subscriptions. This app has been charging me two times every month. And getting a hold of customer service to resolve the issue is a nightmare. Not sure how they get away with it but beware, bunch of low level thieves.

    Issues with account. I have 2 accounts I was told I had to upgrade in fact I did but I always have issues after the 3 free ones it ask me to upgrade every single time and the only help I get is from a bot 😭
