   Not User Friendly Initially. I finally decided to use the ZOHO Invoice app to create an invoice because a customer and friend had recommended the app. I was hoping to open the app and learn in realtime to send an invoice for a job just completed, but find it difficult to accomplish a quick first invoice. It’s possible after using and studying I’ll have a different viewpoint, but since the pop-up to rate the app came up at this time, I’ve rated it, as I CURRENTLY see it.

   Can’t use business email. I do not want the default email they force you to use as my business email. It is NOT my business email and I DO NOT want my clients emailing it, or even having it at all. I also do not want my Apple profile information on this, as it is very, VERY inaccurate. This app makes itself useless for no reason.

   Can’t create account. I’ve been trying to create an account for the last 10 minutes and it’s not possible. There’s something wrong with the Captcha . I’ve tried using sign in with Apple and signing in with an email address and neither of them work.

   Not good for business owners. This app does not give you as a business owner any of the reporting that you need. You cannot get daily income, weekly income, you can’t check reports. Just an absolute waste of an app. These Indians that make these apps, don’t run businesses I think that’s why it’s been programmed by people that don’t run American businesses

   Dumb. They make u pick one currency in the beginning and then you cant write an invoice in another currency.. useless app????

    Find the paid button. Yo! I guess it been okay but I send invoices and as soon as I get paid .. I wanna hit the paid button so I know I’ve been paid

    Failed to send to client. Or client couldn’t see it.. Says it got sent to client but client never found it. Either never sent to client or something else happened. Too many things seem kind of suspicious one being it sent me a message stating there was a new sign in to my account , it that wasn’t me. And if it wasn’t i should call. What so they can get more of my info to store in a place that someone can get to? Maybe if client actually saw the invoice i might not feel this way. Plus i did not realize up front that it is a portal based system where you send links. Some companies don’t allow that for this kind of reason. It seems secure but is it? Who can you trust anymore?

    I’m disappointed. I took my first payment using the stripe gateway . The money was taken from the customer credit to my fiscal year but can’t be located . This was very upsetting and what’s more upsetting is customer support is not available to Monday. Thumbs down Zoho support escalation also isn’t working .

    No. My invoice never sends, it just saves as a draft and my customer never receives it. There isn’t an option when your done creating your invoice to send it, it just give me the option to save. App seems very simple to navigate but does not do the one thing I need it to do. Which is send an invoice.

    Won’t refresh. When I erase an invoice or change an aspect of an invoice the app wont update the a change. I have to close out and then reopen it.

    Payment gateways. I can’t connect Square or I don’t have a ACH option like I’ve been seeing on all these Zoho invoice maker tutorials, support is slow, can’t get paid atm

    Broken Timer. Like the app but the Timer is so broken in the new update. I constantly wants to cancel existing times when I try to start or pause the timer. Might be a IOS widget integration issue. Update, I think it occurs when you try to use the timers both in the mobile app and desktop at the same time.

    Constant problems double authentication broken. The app works pretty well most of the time and I guess for the price you get what you pay for…

    90days no activity = account gone. Not happy.. I had no idea that if I didn’t make an invoice within 90days time, all my records and info would be cleared from my free account. I’ll be looking elsewhere for paid software.

    Review. Good app but how come you can only have 3 projects running at one time?

    Good app especially for free. I like the app, but there are so many things that need to be addressed. For instance, you cannot create service calls and create invoices without adding a new item in your invoices. You cannot change your email address, or at least I have not found where to do that. I want to use my company email which has my name in it, however, when I started the software, I used my personal email. Unfortunately every invoice I send has an email to my personal account and not my business account, I want to change this but you can’t I find this ridiculous

    There might be a worse, invoicing app out there, but this one’s pretty bad. I’ve been using zoho invoicing for almost 5 years, and I kept hoping it would get better. I paid for the service. You cannot sub total expenses, the online help is between incompetent and non existent and every time they tweak the app there are serious bugs which make the most basic activities like entering an expense with a decimal point impossible.

    Doesn’t send emails to some customers. I’ve tried to contact someone 2 times about my problem with no response. I have some customers that their invoices will not send too. The email addresses are correct as I’ve used another invoice app without issue. I guess I’ll be deleting this and going back to the other. This really is frustrating and I hoped Zoho would have been my new go to for invoicing and accounting.
