Doesn’t help us. Doesn’t help us

Not Easy to Navigate. Great idea. Way too complicated to actually use.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Non responsive support team trying to take my money. I tried to cancel the subscription so they wouldn’t charge my account and the support team is just ignoring my request and bombarding my inbox with requests to review an app I already told them I don’t want. So here I am! It’s got a confusing analytic system and a non responsive money hungry support team. DO NOT OPT FOR THE TRIAL- IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND THEY IGNORE YOU AND KEEP TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY.

Can’t use app. Would love to use the app, except a white screen pops up every time i open the thing. Can’t exit out of it or anything. Wishful thinking

Tried it. Didn’t Work for Me. Cancelled and Still Got Billed For a Year. I tried it and it just didn’t work for me. Too complicated and nonintuitive I still got billed for a year after what I thought was a two day trial run. Won’t refund the $38 yearly charge. Be careful!!!!!

Broken on iPad. App is completely broken on iPad. Flips and changes sizes every single time I click anything. There's no way anyone thought this was usable. Additionally, like every other period tracking app I've tried so far, the free version is just inputting data into the void. I do not see any point to throwing my data into a void.

No way to cancel. I had no idea it cost $39 a month. And there is no way to cancel. Super uncool not to have that on the AP store page. When you charge me I am going to dispute it. I hate being forced into something and also spending 20 minutes setting up an account I can’t afford to use.

Isn’t free. Makes you go thru the whole rigmarole before telling you that you only get a free trial and then you have to pay.

Data Storage Issues. I was using this app for 3 months and was forcibly logged out when I had to replace my previous phone. None of my data was saved anywhere, even after I restored my purchase. There also is seemingly no place to turn on automatic backups, or even a place to easily manually backup. What is the point of this if I can’t reliably access historical data…don’t waste your money, there are better symptom trackers out there.

Medication Reminder. The most important tool I need is a reliable medication reminder being a chronic illness patient I have daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly medications. You only have the option for a daily or certain day of the week reminder option also notifications should be louder like a ring tone if my ph is in my purse or across the room I should hear it totally pointless especially when it’s mainly geared or advertised to chronic illness patients whom most take complicated medical prescriptions

Ok but…. I paid for the app and it won’t let me get the premium that I paid for. I kept trying to get it to reinstall premium but it just ignores me. It looks like a good app, but I don’t like that it basically took my money and didn’t give me anything.

App doesn’t work. I downloaded this app due to some recent symptoms I’ve been having and wanted a place to track them. It took me 30 minutes to create an account because no matter what I did, it would boot me off to the login screen again. Finally got in (really should’ve just backed out then), and the app doesn’t work at all. I can’t log any symptoms. The app simply doesn’t do anything. I try to click on the symptoms on the main screen and nothing happens at all. Now I wish I never created an account.

Beware, app will bill despite “free” trial. I didn’t really get a chance to explore this app as much as I wanted to during my free trial. But I had intended to come back to it. So despite my not the app in days, today, I get a receipt in my email for $37.18 for an annual premium fee. A fee that I did not agree to, a premium service that I did not sign up for. and that is not even reflected in the app. It’s very suspicious, very sketchy, I do not recommend any App that behaves like this.

Paid App. Sounded good but I really don’t realize before I downloaded and gave them all my information that it is only a 7 day free trial then is a paid subscription after that. Should be more obvious on the App Store that it is not free.

It’s not free. This was marketed as just having in app ads or purchases, only to have a fee once you download and set up the app. I’m upset at the bait and switch, preying on a community that’s already struggling.
- ★★★★★trial charges and refunds
Unauthorized charges. I did a free trial and realized it wasn’t for me, cancelled before my trial was up and I’m still getting charged for a month, $37.

Create an account not working. I downloaded this app because I have possible POTS and my doctor wanted me to track my symptoms. I was extremely hopeful for until I tried to create an account. It wouldn’t let me. It was super annoying and just kept saying “could not create account”. Might edit the review if I get it to work. Disappointed.

Could be good but. If you offer it for free they let me use it for free and stop promoting all over the app to upgrade. I am about ready to chuck it. Why must apps be so complicated.
- ★★★★★login, signup and account access
Wont even let me shake a account. I tried to sign in for like an hour and it wouldn’t let me…
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Doesn't track enough. I have multiple autoimmune and it doesn't have an option for any of them. They also want to change you to use the app. I pay so much in medical not enough money to pay for app.

Does not fully sync with Apple health. Uninstalled as soon as I realized that the app does not sync with Apple health’s existing “State of mind” mood tracking. My months of mood entries would not be imported into the app? No thanks.

Doesn’t look well made. Immediately saw a spelling error and the text font wasn’t great. “Diarrhoea” is not a good start in the first 2 minutes of opening a new app. All around bad signs for an app I was planning to use to track my health.

Asks lots of personal information not covered by HIPAA. Asks lots of personal information not covered by HIPAA when installing. Requires an account and after about 10 min of setup asks you for a monthly fee. Free version of the app looks like it does anything useful. id much rather be able to install and use basic functions of the app, without a lot of questions, and pay if i found it useful. they waste your time so you feel invested and then hit you with a fee. All the usual sleazy marketing ploys - (would a cute little bear rip you off?) dont waste your time.

Confusing. I had this app for less than 5 min before deleting it. It doesn’t tell you how you use it.
- ★★★★★privacy and excessive permissions
Poorly Designed. Bearable could be great app, but they won’t listen to users about designing gen flaws that make it unusable. I couldn’t remember whether I signed in with Google or email and password and am now stuck on the privacy agreement page. The app doesn’t reset to the login/Home Screen on force quitting or even on uninstall! I can’t use it, and I can’t get past the gatekeeper who doesn’t understand the problem.

Used to love this app but for probably over a year now it just crashes. Thought it was because I do betas, but even when I'm on a public release, it just crashes on startup. I have reinstalled countless times and it only ever crashes. Really really disappointing.
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
App Is Broken. The app nav bar is in the unsafe area around the notch, I cannot tap menu or back button etc.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Sadly Cannot Enjoy. The app is actually really helpful but the steep cost and short trial time really screwed me. I was in and out of the hospital and my stepsister downloaded it for me to help with my CHF symptoms… wasn’t able to keep track of cancelling it and im out my money. I was unable to get a refund. Really steep cost for a time where everything counts. Wish someone could help
- ★★★★★a needed feature is missing
Not free. Have to pay to use it after 7 day trial wish it said that up front before I gave them all my info 🤦🏼♀️
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Mehh. Besides the “Upgrade” feature, if you go with free app it seems to go based off inky what you put in the intake forms. Wasnt able to change or add symptoms which defeats the purpose of the app. My symptoms are all over the place so if I can only pick from limited choices theres no point.
