   You wanted a rating? Here you go.. The AI is buggy as hell. It has the attention span of a mouse. And also, it just randomly quit working halfway into our first learning session. This is a super neat idea, but the execution is disappointing. I’ll give it a few more tries and if my experience improves, I’ll update my review.

Honestly don’t trust this app at all I did a free trial for 7 days and I still couldn’t use it.. then I tried cancelling the subscription in AppStore and it didn’t appear I had to go to email in a website they had to be able to cancel it.. very sketchy and can easily rip you off..

   SCAM - BEWARE. Once you sign up, you can’t cancel your subscription. It will not appear in your Apple subscriptions and you can’t log into your “account” using the email address you used to sign up. monthly 19.99 payments will occur and the only way to get rid of it is if you get a new card. Additionally, the app itself is not good and you’re better off using different apps like Duolingo or Pimsleur.

   Scam - charged me twice for an account I don’t have. They make you pay before creating an account - not through app store but through a 3rd party site. When I enter my payment details, the app just points me to the payment site again. I did this twice for the free trial. Never got access to the app, today they charged me twice for an account I never made. Customer service seems to be non existent, I actually can’t find them anywhere - sent an email to their really flaky site, no response. Don’t trust the reviews, they seem to pay people and flood fake reviews.

   SCAM, do not download. I downloaded this app out of curiosity when I saw it in YouTube from some users, not only did the app ask me for dumb questions but it also asks for a signature which I stupidly did and despite setting up my bank cards to not authorize any charges over $50 or $100 it still scared me seeing this app that lied about the $0.54 a week for a yearly plan of $199. It charged me full price!!!!

   Scam. This app is a scam. It offers a free trial for 7 days but you are unable to use it. When you get the link to activate your device, it sends you to a super wall site where you have to configure your own app. You do not get a chance to create a password to login to this at all.

   Absolutely terrible. Not only can I not cancel a subscription through apples innate services, but if you log out and don’t have a password saved, there’s no “forgot your password”. Not 2factor authentication. Given that this entire app was vibe coded I wouldn’t expect anything actually stress-tested but this blew my mind

    What’s going on. So I downloaded it, got stuck by a paywall, the I decided to pay and it sends me to some website where I have to make an app??? I can’t even go back onto the website where I paid nor can I sign into the app even though I have an account. This is just a scam

    Poor customer service. My issues is trying to cancel/ deactivate my account. The only way to do it is by emailing the company which I have. The email states they’ll reply back within 72 business hours. It’s been more than 72 business hours and still no confirmation that my account has been cancelled/deactivated. They don’t provide any other form of communication other than email. This is very frustrating and poor customer service!

    Subscription TOO HIGH. Just seen this as an ad for a TikTok a while back, but it has been sitting in my phone for like the last three or so months. I finally opened it today to try and attempt to learn Japanese and got hit with a $49.99 a month subscription fee. Never deleted an app so fast before in my life.

    Scam. I recently tried to signup with LingoTok but after I paid for the 3 day trial, it did not allow me to access my account and restarted the signup process. Then today on 05/23/26 at 3am this morning charged me and now I can’t cancel these payments at all.

    SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I am reporting a fraudulent billing practice regarding Lingotok. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but I was never given an access to any materials in the app . A week later, I was charged the full subscription fee OVER TEN TIMES. without receiving access to the app's features. Furthermore, the company deliberately bypasses Apple’s secure in-app purchase system by using a third-party payment processor, which prevents customers from requesting refunds through official channels. There is no customer service. The customer service site sends you to an AI homework site. I have been unable to contact the company to cancel or receive a refund, and I have had to dispute the charge directly with my credit card provider. I will continue to report this app and escalate it to the fullest extent. This service appears to be a scam, as they are collecting payments for a product that they do not deliver.

    Scam want a refund. The app tell me that if I want a free trial, I had to go completely outside the app. I thought that was just a company depending on the company. They probably ask you to do it outside, but I was not thinking that this was probably a scam so now they have my Apple Pay information and I don’t know how to cancel the transaction so I need this company to remove the free trial or I will be opening a charge back if they try to charge me

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app has been taking money from everyone who downloads it if you are thinking of downloading, don’t. It’s a scam and you’re better off buying from Duolingo or speaking with a real life person that knows the language you want to learn. This is a warning for people who reads the reviews!!!

    Horrible. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription for months and they have no cancelled it, still charging me $20/month with no end in sight.
