   Site is unreliable, crashes and won’t open. I have used this app for years. Crashed last year, so paid for yearly subscription which auto renews. Just crashed again, very frustrating!

   No support. I was really about this app but it wouldn’t work syncing between my phone and my husbands after I paid for the upgrade. This made it useless for us so after I paid for it I didn’t get to really use it.

   No Longer Supported?. I’ve had this app a long, long time. It appears it is no longer supported as I see no way to contact the developer and it hasn’t been updated in a while. Since my update to the latest version of iOS I can no longer print recipes, which is something I do regularly. I knew this would happen eventually, as it does with all “one-man” shops, just bummed it happened with an app I used so frequently.

   Was a long-time, loyal user, then Pro subscription wrecked it.. Losing the ability to sync between devices was bad enough, but I also lost the stuff that had already been synced. Now I’m stuck individually exporting recipes to an app with one-time cost—since this one hasn’t been updated in 4 years.

   Crashes on exchanging recipes. Whether I receive a recipe by airdrop, email, or text, the app always crashes when I try to open the recipe in Menu Planner. Please fix and I’ll raise the star rating.

   Used to love it. When adding an item, I scan in barcode but nothing comes up and have to enter all the nutritional info manually. When I create a recipe and add ingredients from the pantry, it says nutritional info has been calculated but it is all 0’s making it totally useless if trying to track nutrition.

   No more app support. The developer seems to have disappeared. I’ve depended on this app for years of terrific menu planning, and it’s a shame to see it end. It’s been the most used app I’ve ever had. The auto-import feature no longer works, and there’s no way to contact the developer for support in the app like here used to be. I would say don’t bother to try to use it now, since it’s bound to fail eventually, and you’ll lose all your work.

    Doesn't work. this app could have amazing potential but it simply does not do what is promised I tried with multiple different online recipes to import them from different sources and the app simply would not recognize the recipes at all.

    Very sad. All of my recipes are gone!. I have used this app for a good part of ten years now. I absolutely loved it! Then one day recently the app updated and I wasn’t able to use it because it kept closing. So I deleted and reinstalled it. Then magically, it got past the title screen. However, upon logging in I quickly realize not one of my recipes are there. I have to start over! I’m not paying you for an app that I put a lot of time and effort into just to have it vanish. I have a tried and true method, it’s called paper, pen and a recipe box found in my kitchen. The only thing it will cost me is the price index cards and the ink to write them. I’ll be keeping my own recipes safe.

    I was cheated- do not trust them. A while ago I PAID for this app. As in I purchased it. I want to say it was $10 or $15? But now it is free to download and there is a monthly subscription. At the time I paid for it there was no monthly subscription. But instead of getting grandfathered in they want me to start paying the monthly subscription for something I already bought. Right now I can’t even open the app and all the recipes I spent hours typing in are gone! Can you imagine purchasing a car outright/cash and then having the dealership come back and say they will repossess your car if you don’t start paying them monthly! I should get to keep what I originally paid for. So what happens if you spend hours putting in your data and they then double the monthly fee? I wouldn’t trust them.

    iOS user. I’ve had this app for many years. Always used with my iPhone/iPad. Since the latest iOS update when I try to open, the app crashes. I’ve logged in online and to my iPad, but my recipes stored from my phone haven’t synced so I can’t access them. I literally store all my recipes in this app. Like many other have stated, please fix soon!

    Help! The app is no longer working and all my recipes are in there. Please help me get this working. Is it a version issue? Not working with the latest iOS? I have been using this for years and my recipes are all stored here and now I can’t get in and access anything. It tries to open and then just crashes.

    IOS 14.2. I loved this app and used it daily until today. I updated my iPad iOS and now the app opens but with no data and then closes/crashes.

    My recipes keep disappearing!!. I used this to save many of my favorite recipes and now they are gone except for one. Then yesterday they showed up again... I was so happy. Today they are gone again. I won’t be using this app if I can’t trust my data will be kept.

    App stopped working with iOS 14.2 update. I use menu planner every day until this morning after my phone updated to iOS 14.2. Every time I attempt to open the app it crashes. Please fix!!

    Latest upgrade. I LOVED this app - but same as others - Can’t access anything but the blank homescreen with no option to do anything, no recipes, no option to get my recipes or to upgrade. Can’t get into app support. What’s going on?

    Don’t buy this app no support no instructions. So mad I spent money on this app. There are no instructions. Only marketing copy “save recipes from any web site using built in browser” I’ve tried to import from 9 popular sites and not one of them have worked. No way to contact company on website, finally went to innovadev website and link for support doesn’t work. I give up!

    Worthless!!!. Don’t waste your time and money the app doesn’t work It won’t let me delete my recipe search or even input my recipes the only good thing about this app is it has nutritional values only wish it would let you add more then just five.. So I’m giving it a one.. I want my money back!!

    App doesn’t work. Purchased the app over a week ago - doesn’t work. Can’t load daily menu. I reached out to developer for support. I have not heard back with a solution. I’m going to reach out to my credit card company for a refund. Disappointed that there’s no communication.

    Not intuitive. I used this app years ago, tried it again. And now I remember why I stopped using it. Is there a user guide somewhere, because this is not intuitive AT ALL. There’s no way to cross off items as you’re shopping. And the automatic pantry tracking doesn’t work. Items aren’t deducted when you use them in a recipe like is supposed to either. Website not helpful either. Manual copying of recipes is tedious. No way to ask support questions either.

    Cannot read bad skinny fonts!. Please provide better standard solid fonts that are easy to read! Can’t cook from difficult to read menus having skinny faint fonts!

    Love it. 11/2017 - I’ve used this app for years and it is truly the best, BUT, developers are awol, and all my data is locked up. Please help! Can you at least allow a way to mass print my hundreds of recipes?? PLEASE?? New syncing feature is awesome - seamless across multiple devices. Thx. Both times I have had feedback or bugs they have been fixed. Really great app. 12/2018 - still the best app out there, but developers still MIA. Converting recipes by hand because data can’t be exported. Really too bad because I loved this app, just too risky.

    First try, wouldn't import recipes!. First thing I needed to do was import recipes, it wouldn't or couldn't do it. Tried the help menu, every time I tried to contact them, it came up with an error. This app doesn’t appear to be finished. Don’t waste your time or space.

    Used to be a good app. In the most recent update they removed the item quantities from the shopping list, which used to be one of the most helpful features because it would sum the total amount needed from all the recipes in your meal plan added to your shopping list. Now it just adds the item, which makes the shopping list utterly useless (Who would go to the store with only an item list not knowing how much to buy? This change makes no sense). Unless they add this feature back, don't waste your time on this app.

    DO NOT BUY!!!. MyFitnessPal is free and it does the same thing but better. This app gives you no recipes. Save money and write down info on notepad.
