1. ★★★★★wrong default store location

   Difficult to use. I downloaded the app, signed in and then it asked for my location so I put my zipcode. It doesn’t show show the Sprouts location that’s near me, it kept giving me the location that’s more than 10 miles away, even when I typed my address. And then, it wouldn’t allow me to add a shopping list/shop unless I choose a location. I am not going to a store that’s more than 10 miles away if there’s one that’s just miles from me. So I deleted the app, what good is an app if I can’t even see their store flyer?

   complaint. the app specifically makes an ad pop up over the rewards barcode after a few a seconds so you’re forced to look at it and close it to use the barcode! very annoying!

   What Rewards?!. Useless except for using it as a shopping list. Coupons are on items I never buy and they don’t give you rewards for the items you do purchase.

   Something went wrong. Definitely a glitch in the app. I keep trying to open it and get hit with a message that says “something went wrong”. I can’t access the app at all

   What did you do with my grocery list???. There’s nothing MORE FRUSTRATING than getting to grocery store, opening up the app, and NOT SEEING THE LIST I JUST MODIFIED THE NIGHT BEFORE!!! I USED to use this app when shopping. NOW, my list is GONE!!! Whatever new update you all decided to make completely erased my whole list and moved everything into my cart. I do not order online. I don’t even use that option. I NEED MY GROCERY LIST!! Please fix this. Unfortunately for you, I would’ve spent more money in your store…… had you not erased my list. SMH.

   Annoyingly unusable. Opened the app, searched for a product, got an overlay popup for something completely unrelated. Started scrolling through search results. Immediately got another “Hosting?…” popup for something I didn’t even care to read. Dismissed the popup. Scrolled through few more results. Got the same useless popup again. Deleted the app and ordered what I was looking for from Amazon.

   Unable to create an account. I am unable to create a Sprouts account. I tried several time I ever had a Sprouts employee to help me. They need to update their app.

    No Bonus Points. I really like shopping at Sprouts, but their rewards system is awful. Recently, I found out that I was not getting the bonus points - only base points - even though I have met the minimum requirements for the various offers. I have written to customer service multiple times, but to no avail!

    It just displays the webpage. Barely an app. Just opens the sprout’s webpage. Can’t even login. Shopping at Trader Joe’s instead.

    Fix the scrolling issue on the order substitutions page. The page to pick substitutions for an order is broken. You can’t scroll without it jumping around all over the page, it makes defining substitutions nearly impossible.

    Missing or hidden notification preferences. I never expected dark patterns from a grocery store app, but I had to totally turn off ALL notifications in the Apple notification settings, because the app does not provide any notification preferences that I could find to turn off advertising or promotional notifications. Even the Sprouts Farmers Market Notification Settings link at the bottom of the Apple notification settings page takes you to a page in the app that only lets you control order notifications.

    Ripped us off - this is Instacart, not Sprouts. Will not use this app again. We had a pickup and returned items to the store just after receiving the pickup as we found we had to many. The store took the returns but made us use the app to get a refund. Instacart runs the app and wouldn’t refund us.

    App does not work after update. App used to work flawlessly in the past. But after the latest update, it does work at all. All you get are 3 info screens and nothing else. Deleted it 3 times and reloaded 3 times, same result. Will shop somewhere else.

    Literally can’t log in or do anything. Just downloaded and you can’t do anything. It has you swipe through “sign up”, “order groceries”, and “view weekly ad” but then literally can’t click or do anything… such a bad design but also doesn’t function

    Owned by Instacart. This app is owned by Instacart, so expect the same issues. High fees and last-minute order cancellations literally about 30% of the time.

    App can be better. The app needs an option for being in stores. Gives you the option for in store pick or delivery (both have a charge). It should have the option to be able to check if they have it at the store(the quickest option) so that customers can go pick it up.

    UGHHH. Wanted to love this app. Tried placing a delivery order twice only for them to both get cancelled. How do they expect us to be in constant communication with shoppers? I am a new mom. I can’t just go shopping when I need to. And I’ve needed things from them asap. They cancel my order cuz I don’t respond to a shopper in a quick manner!

    Total waste of time. For some unknown reason the loyalty card disappeared from my digital wallet. I can’t sign in to my account when I download the application. I’ve reached out to customer service who took 3 weeks to send me an email to respond they would look into the problem, then nothing. If I hit forgot password I get no reply and every time I go to the store the clerk tells me I have 2 accounts yet I can’t access either. So can’t use coupons or create a list which was helpful. This is a total disappointment and make one have absolutely no loyalty to the store itself. I know I’ve personally cut my shopping there down to have to have and I can only get it there instead of my regular store.

    App is trash like the store. Their app is trash and the “deals” hardly bring things to an affordable price. I used to spend close to $200 per week at Sprouts and now that they’ve increased all their prices while the quality is consistently worse than other natural food stores I’ve completely stopped shopping there.
