   Deliver rotten fruits and sometimes missing items.. I am using blink-it over a year but these days their service is very poor. It was not like that before. I'm tired of complaining every time after ordering. They deliver rotten fruits and sometimes missing items.

    Cheap quality and No returns. Very disappointing experience with Blinkit. I ordered stationary expecting quick and reliable delivery, but the service was far from satisfactory. The order arrived with issues like poor quality items, and some products were not in good condition. When I tried to report the problem, the app did not provide a proper return or replacement option, which is extremely frustrating for customers. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, repeatedly asking for details but not offering any clear resolution. It feels like there is no accountability once the order is delivered. For a platform that promotes convenience, this kind of service is unacceptable. Overall, Blinkit needs to seriously improve its quality control, customer support, and return policies. Until then, I would not recommend using this service, as it leads to a waste of both time and money.”

    No help at all.. I downloaded this app and ordered something. I needed a help to fix my issue for return but customer service was just acting like robot and following script… didn’t care or tried to fix it… seems like I should not have used this app.

    Bad business practices. It’s pretty good and conscientious at first, prices are great and delivery is free. However with time the deals will go away and they will start charging you for shipping. They pick up on frequent users and charge them more money which is a serious breach of net neutrality laws. My wife who doesn’t use it much always has free shipping and lower cart totals compared to mine. It’s not about the price but the principle of being so blatantly nefarious and price gouging frequent customers. Switched to Amazon Now. Delivery is always free and there is cash back with every order!!

    This app is a flop .. Take 50 rupees extra on delivery but plz remove the ‘’currently unavailable” mode . I am unable to order anything since 3 continuous days.

    Fix the OTP functionality. All this hype and can’t deliver basic functionality of sending & inputting an OTP code from the bank card. It either arrives ten mins late. Or never. And then payment is still not confirmed as failed so you can’t make a duplicate order until they do so. All in all a joke of a business and a ridiculously poor user experience for an app.
