   Can’t Share with Family. Even if you buy the pro version on your device, and you have your family set up in iOS, they still can’t share the purchase. You actually have to buy the app for every phone. So in my family, I would have to buy it four times. Absolutely ridiculous.

   Bait and switch tactics. The application works pretty well, but when you purchase the application you’re told “available across all your devices”. When you try to sync onto a Windows device from your iPhone, it wants you to pay an additional upgrade to pro fee for another $30. This was not crystal clear when purchasing the app. That seems shady AF. One star because of this alone. Developer responded. This is accurate.

   Key Feature Doesn’t Work. I wanted to be able to use this across devices. I purchased pro version on my desktop. What is not readily apparent is that “across devices” does not mean across platforms. Funny how that works. So my PC and iPhone will not communicate with each other. Fine, I’ll purchase pro AGAIN on my iPhone so I can keep the recipes when I upgrade phones. Guess what doesn’t work? I cannot log into my account, it wants me to purchase pro yet again, and the “restore purchase” link does absolutely nothing when you click it. There is no point to having this app, use something free.

   only 20 recipes.. you only get 20 recipes before you have to pay for it. beware the cheap ahh tactics, draw you in by wasting your time then make you feel like you HAVE to buy it. don’t fall for it

   What happened?. I have been using this app for several years and recommended it to all my friends. I had lots of saved recipes. Last week I tried to find a favorite and there were only 15 recipes left in my app. I can’t believe the others were all wiped out. I was saving everything on here and they arrested gone.

   Syncing is not available. I paid for the premium, excited to sync between my devices and each device does not even allow me to login without buying a new subscription. I’ve tried everything trying to get this to sync and nothing works. Now I see in these reviews that they state you can only sync across the same Apple account? If that’s even true? I have an Android phone and an Ipad. Promising syncing is available and then not actually allowing syncing is predatory and spammy practice. No help available within the app beyond a FAQ page.

   Watch out for the upcharge.. You think you’re paying for being able to sync across devices but it turns out you have to buy separate software for separate devices. I would not have paid for premium if I had known that. Very poor business model.

   SCAM watch out. They lie in their purchase description they state you can use pro across devices as long as you’re signed into your Apple account. NOT TRUE! What they DON’T tell you in a scummy scammy way is that if you purchase on a MacBook you can’t use on your iPhone or iPad. Then they LIE and say you have to pay for those operating systems in order to cover the cost of the servers. All lies, I work for a huge gov contractor and licensing doesn’t require additional server space to host a service on different devices. This is an outright scam of a product that I have reported and should be promptly removed and investigated for false advertising and business practices!

    Not easy to cancel. Not worth the money. And they do not make it easy to cancel. Still trying to figure it out. Called bank to stop payment

    Not free. If you end up getting logged out you will have to pay 20 dollars to log back in or lose all your recipes. I initially got this app because it was one of the only free ones I could find.

    Annoying. Every time I try to add a recipe from the Internet, it says that it’s not found only I was able to save a recipe was by typing it in myself

    Cannot share across multiple Apple accounts. Unable to share the purchase within my family sharing. Kind of defeats the purpose of this functionality.

    Terrible app. Honestly it would be a fine app if you didn’t have to purchase multiple times to use it on different platforms, and no one can even sign in to use it elsewhere unless they pay as well. Don’t bother if you’re trying to use this for family sharing.

    Do I have to purchase it twice?. I purchased this on my iPhone and want to also edit recipes on my windows laptop. Do I have to purchase it again? And would I have to tie it to my Microsoft account?

    0 stars. Don’t know what is going on but I was paying for this app and all of a sudden all of my recipes are gone. Definitely not happy at all.

    Well. I did not like this app. When i went to add a recipe it would not add any more unless i “add” it at least 4 times. The recipe had to be in the caption in order to get the recipe. perfer the app deglaze.

    No longer woks. No longer imports recipes. When you paste the URL it goes to a page can’t be found every time. Was one of my favorite apps Replying to the developer. No it’s an issue with recipe Keeper. Sites are actively blocking the recipe import functionality. There is a round about way to import but anyone with with just the link won’t be able to

    Really trying to lave it. Usually works great but now more often than not it can’t pull a recipe anymore. Even when the recipe and ingredients are very much listed in the description.

    Can not share with other devices. Bought this for my wife but wasn’t aware that this is locked to your App Store. Now my wife can not use it because she has Android with google play. Waste of $20 unfortunately. It does link with our echo show but unless I add recipes to the account it’s rather useless.

    BUYER BEWARE. Despite this app saying it will sync between devices, beware it does not truly work that way. If you purchase on a Mac it will NOT sync with your iPhone or iPad (and vice versa) as they run on different platforms MacOS Vs iOS, despite the advertising of syncs between “Apple devices” language. The company refuses to refund as does Apple so you will be out money you paid for Pro if you did.

    Extortion pure and simple. I attempted to share a recipe received from my wife through this application with a friend of mine, and it demanded a $20 payment in order to accomplish this. I am deleting this piece of garbage from my phone. I have typed up the recipe for myself, and sent it to my friend. Application is useless and extortion, pure and simple.

    Import too hard. All my recipes are saved in my notes app and there is no easy way of importing them to the app. I spent so much time trying so many ways and could get them in there without manually doing it. And that would take far too long

    Can only input manually. App worked for maybe half a day and now won’t upload at all. Websites, photos, pdfs all don’t scan in. Seems they deliberately set it up to fail after a certain number of entries.
