   Family sharing does not work. Expensive app and family sharing is supposed to work and it absolutely does not. Customer service has not been able to “fix” the issue.

   Bought app; can't crested account. Excited to buy the app. Extremely frustrated that I cannot log in. The app doesn't recognise my email. I cannot log in with Apple ID. I spoke to Apple support and they told me to reach out to Unplug. Still haven't heard back. Will most likely have to cancel my annual subscription and try another meditation app.

   I was scammed!. I signed up for an advertised FREE TRIAL of this. Mind you, the app itself is awesome, but it is not something I can afford! I cancelled the subscription right away so that I would only access the free trial and not be charged; HOWEVER, I was charged the $69.99 fee immediately. This was not changed or refunded, despite cancelling. When I explained the issue to Apple and requested a refund, apparently the developer DECLINED my refund. I am a widowed single mom with a low income. This charge overdrew my account. I don’t have the app and don’t use the app, but still have $70 to pay off as well as overdraft fees. The moral of the story is that the app is great, but if you sign up for the free trial, you will possibly be scammed and charged right away. If this happens, you will NOT be refunded. The app is potentially 5 star, but the experience is less than 1.

   Love the app but upset about apple not honoring a refund within hours of renewal.. I love this app and I used it for a while. I missed the renewal by a day. I wanted to start doing other meditations rather than guided meditation. Within 24 hours of renewal I requested a refund from apple and it was not honored. It’s not like there is content to download or I used it for several months. It was within a day. Hours maybe. And I’ve been billed the $70 for another year. Absolutely unacceptable

   Frustrated w app. My lifetime stats just started over. I went from day 57 to day 18. Mentally so disappointing. I was about to reach my 60 day goal!!! I’ve been using this app religiously and the 60 day marker is huge. How does this happen????! 😔

   I feel bamboozled. I just finished watching The Brotherly Love podcast where the creator of this app was a guest. She heavily mentioned the app throughout the show but she did offer some great techniques such as the 16 second meditation which was phenomenal. So of course I decided to check out the app. I should’ve known something was shady when I saw that she gave the UNPLUG app swag to the brothers as gifts. There was no actual heartfelt gifts just swag so she could get more promotion out of them. I read a lot of the reviews. I read the description of this app to make sure that there was no fee for using this app. Of course I download the app I answer a few questions and then bam it asked me for a subscription. I feel like that’s a little sneaky especially for a Meditation app. You could at least offer a one week free trial to see if people like it first. I’m not just going buy something without trying it first. Please do better Suze.

    Apple Family Share keeps failing. Family share has worked for awhile then just stops. I get tech support to do their thing and after a pain and lots of time it works for awhile and then stops again. Restoring purchases never works. It is not an IOS issue. This is so inconvenient that we are looking into changing apps.

    Horrible. I downloaded this app to help me destress. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I open it, I either get a plain white screen that says unplug at the top or a purple screen that says unplug at the top. After a while it says URL timed out. There are no meditations and no features available. I can’t even get to a screen to sign in. Instead of being a way to destress, this app is a great source of frustration.

    The app is not working. Despite paying several times and reaching out, the technical issues could not be fixed. No other solution was offered than “try to turn off your phone” - I did everything one does in those situations (delete the app etc) - it is clearly an issue on Unplug’s side. Really annoyed with the inability of Unplug to fix this.

    I’m going to try Calm. So, this is a subscription based app. Which is fair, I feel that $70/year or $13/month is pricey.

    Not as good as Calm or Insight. I used to go to their studios in Los Angeles. Simply, 2nd rate meditations and instructors. There’s a reason this is one of the least popular meditation apps, whereas Calm and Insight have had massive growth.

    Good app...when it works.... I have a yearly subscription that expires in April 2021, but all of a sudden when I open the app it tells me that my 7 day trial (?) is expired and asks me to purchase another subscription. I’ve tried logging out/logging back in, restoring the purchase, deleting the app...nothing is working. This is extremely disappointing and would love to get a refund if this issue isn’t resolved soon.

    App not working.. I have been using this app for over a year now. I originally got the 7 day trial in February 2019 and really liked it, so I bought the year subscription. I renewed it again in March 2020 and have never had any issues until this past Sunday where it had logged me out and told me that my 7 day trial ended. I tried to see if there was an update, restarted my phone and nothing worked. I wrote apple to see about getting it fixed or getting a refund since I have only been able to use it for 2 months. They wrote me back and confirmed that I have an active subscription but cannot get a refund now. They told me to contact the app developer for troubleshooting. I have sent unplug support an email and hopefully they respond but this is really frustrating to pay for something that I cannot even use. I would like a refund for this app if it does not get fixed.

    Deceitfully Expensive. I was not aware that this app was charging my account on a recurring basis, as that was not made clear when I initially downloaded it. If the goal is to help those with anxiety or mental health, why charge so much and not notify that this is a recurring charge? On top of the fact that I didn’t know I’ve been paying for this for months, I didn’t even like or use the app! I was really not impressed by it, and did not ever use it aside from the initial time after I downloaded it. Not a great business practice, I’m disappointed.

    Meditations constantly buffering. While the meditations and teachers on this app are wonderful, I can’t get one to play all the way through without numerous stops and starts as it buffers. I’ve reduced my iPad storage, reinstalled the app and tried to get it to work at different times of the day in various locations in my home. Such a disappointment.

    Trouble with paying. I tried this app for the 7 day free trial and liked it. So I paid for the yearly subscription. (Not cheap!)I got a receipt for Apple and it showed up on my credit card record. But when I try to use the app it says that my free subscription is done and I have to pay more money. I suspect this app is a rip-off. Maybe they just keep asking for more money and hope that you won’t notice you’ve already paid? I wish I hadn’t given them money for a whole year.

    Unplug review. I read your book, and was really impressed. Got your app from apple and started. I enjoy the meditations but find this app very unfriendly. Sent a email stating this hoping I would get response and guidance. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing back at all. So for meditation, this is ok but for establishing a life style change I would give it a -1

    Too woo woo. I had hoped this app would provide content focused on mindfulness and meditation using primarily evidence based methods. However, there is a lot more pseudoscience (like astrology, crystals) than I expected or wanted. That immediately discredits the overall app for me.
