DO NOT USE THIS BS MAKES YOU PAY TO HSE BUT CLAIMS APP IS FREE. I seen this ad on my Instagram of visual effects. It seemed pretty cool. Everything said it was free so I downloaded it come to find out you have to sign up for the free trial which end up keeping you subscribed and having to pay and there’s no way to exit out of the free trial stream to get into the app so you MUST sign up. Horrible experience if I could put 0 stars I would

Warning about the “free” trial!. I purchased this app on march 8th with a free trial, as is often offered in apps. I canceled the subscription the same day, March 8th, however on March 12th I was still charged for the app. Opened a case with Apple Support.

Non-Functional. I downloaded it and signed up for the 7-day free trial and then $49.95 afterwards for an annual subscription. The first time I tried to use it, it was for sleep and it showed what looked like the inside of a slow moving water funnel. That was not going to help me sleep because of a bad childhood experience where I almost drowned. But when I tried to change the scene, the water funnel one kept showing up. I tried to change to another mode (e.g., Relax) and still the same scene! If the trial period only shows one scene then I wouldn’t trust the app. If it’s supposed to give access to multiple scenes then there’s a bug in it, and I wouldn’t trust the app. I deleted the app and canceled my subscription.

Trial is deceptive. I was curious about the app and tried their trial. I was immediately billed for an entire year. You have to click past two screens that say, you will not be billed immediately, and that you will be notified before your trial ends. I was billed immediately, for the entire year. Also, the visuals do not sync to the music. There are many different types of music and meditation, but none of them sync to the actual visuals on the screen. They happened at the same time, but they do not work together.

Purchase. The only reason I did not purchase this is the sign up process.. whoever you are try doing this on a cell phone. Go to email and the request page goes away. Home back to the request page and the email shuts down. You want more money? Make it a bit easier to join. Cya

Typical ripoff app. They say they will warn you before the trial ends and they charge you but of course that’s a lie. Then they say sorry there’s nothing we can do to give you your money back even though we lied.
