   I should have read the reviews. I heard about this on Gretchen Rubin’s podcast. I signed up for the free trial thinking it would renew for a month at the end of the trial. Nope. They got me for a year. I reached out & customer support was dismissive. They got my $143. I have a topic for my morning show on unscrupulous app charges. Plus some FB Reels & Tik Tok Lives. Be careful who you scam.

   Not for Christians. I liked the idea of hearing someone motivating me in my ear as I went through my day. Unfortunately, the strong self focus and idea that we as individuals can attract what we want and are ultimately in control goes against my beliefs that Jesus is in control of my life. I particularly found the tracks of manifesting a certain amount of money, which went up in increments, to be quite amusing.

   FREE TRIAL SCAM. I accepted a 14 day free trial but it instead charged me. I’ve had this issue in the past with another app and Apple will then deny the claim. Great.

    Do NOT get the free trial. I’m so sick Of this happening. Hit the 14 day free trial button and it charged me $29.99 for a monthly subscription. I’m so sick of Apple and these other companies for constantly screwing people out of money.

    Difficult to cancel. I signed up for a free trial for through a podcast link so it forces you to their website and only gives you the yearly subscription option which fee wasn’t disclosed up front. It charged a full year so I set it to cancel at the end of term. Well just got a notification that I was charged for another year again. The annoying part is the app itself doesn’t notify when it will renew again and you don’t get emails to that effect. Very predatory. App is decent but not $200 worth.

    Awful customer support after stealing my money.. I originally liked this app but was beginning to be unimpressed with the lack of new material during my first month of usage. I was planning on cancelling, then was charged not only the monthly fee but also the yearly fee. I have sent numerous messages to their “customer support” and finally got one back that said they are basically too busy to refund my money. This is theft. You don’t need to download this app to manifest money, you can just steal it from people like they do.

    DO not download this app. I set up an account beginning of this year. I didn’t want my free trial to auto renew. But the way they have their app sent up you can’t cancel your account while in trial period. So I sent out a message to customer support to make sure it wouldn’t auto renew. As you can guess of course it did. $140 I don’t have. I sent another email asking for my money back. No response. I had to email them on their instagram page. I was told I would be refunded on the 27th (same day) It’s now the 30th and I have yet to get my money back.

    An honest review. Superhuman is actually a great app. However, for the price you can get this same exact thing and more from an app like Insight Timer that’s only $10 a month.

    Charged for free trial. I downloaded the app today to try it out and though it said the first two weeks are free, I received an email a few hours later saying I had been charged for the subscription. I immediately canceled the subscription but this is ridiculous. I was promised a free trial and yet I was charged. What a scam.

    A scam. This app is not worth $30 a month. There’s some mediocre meditations on there, and you can find better ones for free on Insight Timer or YouTube. They also claim to have a money back guarantee, but I have reached out 3+ times to cancel my subscription and get my money back. I have still not received a reply or a refund. Not worth it.

    Won’t open since last update. I updated to the newest version and now the app will immediately crash upon opening. My iOS is up to date so I know the issue isn’t with my phone. I’m disappointed, as I was using it pretty regularly and would like to do so again (especially since I’m paying for it).

    Will not work on my iPad. I contacted support and got no where. On Apple, The app will not let me log into my account and nothing will load.Works great on my android phone! For the cost of the app it should work as promised! I love the thoughtful meditations, guided journaling, and music, but I can only use it on one device.

    Terrible customer service. I saw the add for this app on TikTok and did a free trial. There is NO WAY to cancel the free trial nor your subscription with a button. I have sent SEVERAL emails via app and email to their support team and no one seems to be able to find my account associated with my email address. To me it is a scam and I am about to get billed for an app I did not like. I do NOT recommend this app.

    WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE!. This company doesn’t care about anything but money. Meditations are ok overall, go for Expand app instead. They asked me to go through them directly instead of through Apple so I couldn’t even cancel my subscription. They charged me TWICE the original purchase amount without sending a renewal notice or to even let me know the price was increasing. Customer service unhelpful and takes a long time to get response they don’t make the effort to help or refund.

    Difficult to cancel subscription. I enjoyed the app for the first couple months but then it became a little redundant. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over 3 months now & no one will get back to me- so I keep getting charged without using the app. I wish there was an easier way to cancel.

    Just no.. If you’re comforted by the idea of an early 20 something telling you everything’s going to be fine, then this might be for you. If you’re of a mature age and want more guidance and relaxing meditation, this is not it. It gives off, “it’s all good” energy. I guess this would be good if you’re just looking for affirmations and positive thoughts out loud, but if you’re looking to relax and meditate, and actually dig deep, this is NOT the answer.

    Confusing to cancel. They make it confusing to cancel then when you email will just tell you to go to the website and cancel without any further assistance. I’m now billed for $29.99 for a month of these meditations and can’t stand to listen to them

    Disappointed with customer service. While the app was fine I didn’t find that it was as supportive as advertised. On Mimi’s podcast she had shared that there was an app update coming and I had held out hoping the update would make the app better. Additionally Mimi shared that if the customer wasn’t happy with the product they would be refunded. As I was unhappy with the product and the update never came, I wrote to customer service hoping to get the promised refund. They told me I had waited longer than the 90 days and they couldn’t do anything. Huge disappointment as the reason I waited was for the update that never came. The app is fine but don’t trust what is said about a happiness guarantee.

    Meditations for the completely vapid. I feel like the affirmations are for the most privileged. There is one specifically about abundance that really turned me off from this app. I want to like it so bad but the music reminds me of the sims and the content lacks any real substance or insight into the human condition. I would prefer affirmations that guide me thru breath work than being told that only good things will happen to me, which lets be real is not a realistic expectation for anyone.. Breethe has a lot more to offer including meditations that utilize the solfeggio musical scale & healing sound frequencies. Mindfulness touted by those born into ultra wealthy families like Mimi, is really just gaslighting to the rest of us. It does nothing to encourage actually creating positive change in society. Suffering does not come from inside ourselves and though keeping an optimistic outlook can help us cope it can also keep us from moving forward in a positive direction. I hope Mimi enjoys her large home in the Bahamas that everyone subscribed to this app is helping her pay for. More so I hope the users realize the true irony of getting self help from someone who never really had to build herself from the ground up as she seems to claim.
