   Trying to cancel. I’m getting charged for this app that I deleted weeks ago. It doesn’t show up on my active subscriptions to even try to cancel. $39.99…seriously!?!?

   Fraud. I called in to cancel my subscription with this fraudulent company when I was charged for services that I never requested. I was told that you would cancel and refund my $49.49 in so many business days. Well today I was charged another monthly fee and it has only been a week since I started the subscription and had it cancelled! I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau as fraudulent!

    Predatory Billing Practices. This company does not send you an email to remind you of the upcoming monthly renewal, there is nowhere in the app to see when the renewal date is, there is nowhere to cancel the subscription on your own, you must message customer support. Lastly, it does give you the option to delete your account, but if you are not paying attention, it says that deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. What sense does that make? I requested my subscription to be cancelled 35 minutes after the payment was processed. They initially refused, but after pushback offered a 50% refund. Instead I disputed the full amount with my bank. Clearly a shady billing set up in the hopes that the charges will go unnoticed and then they refuse refunds based on the terms at the sign up. If I had known they don’t send renewal emails I would have never authorized the purchase in the first place.

    Quick to sign up, difficult to cancel. Difficult to find a way to cancel membership. I found the cancel membership in Support, but never heard a response or seeing the app account canceled. Very frustrating. I hope they haven’t been charging me!! The app itself may be good, but I was unable to use it during my trial period.

    Terrible. I was signed up for this app and upon trying to cancel I was met with hurdles and an inability to do so. I was refused a refund for a “subscription” that I never used or wanted! Waste of time and apparently money that I never knew was being taken from my account!

    Charged me $40/month for a subscription I didn’t sign up for. When you message to cancel the $40/month subscription you didn’t sign up for, and you go to see their response, it keeps saying "Failed to load comments" and no response is showing, even though it says a response has been sent from someone named from Tyler S. My internet is working great, and I've hit retry many times, but no response is loading. It also will not let me send another message in response there. I’ve screen recorded all of this, which is also showing how messages are coming in during on my other platforms, showing my internet is working great. The app seems to be wired to keep people stuck in subscriptions they didn’t sign up for.

    Shady. They charge you for a reoccurring subscription, but make it difficult to cancel. The only way to cancel is by opening a ticket with customer support. This is extremely shady and not user friendly.

I keep going through the process to cancel and you have to email them Message and wait for their reply only to have the app unable Or fail to load comments made to your complaint or request and it’s a cycle one road over and now I’m being charged again and again. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel unless you make it that way which is red flag from start
