   Stopped working. I suddenly started getting error messages for every single marketing text I sent out, I’ve written reach and someone got back to me and said they would get back to me again with a solution within 24 hours, that was probably weeks ago now nobody’s gotten back to me. Using Reach for marketing messages was a big part of my income. I am really, really disappointed.

   Terrible. Subscribed with a friend’s recommendation to manage communication to multiple groups. Setup as directed and modified all settings in app and on phone. Never would work. Contacted REACH multiple times and no response. Wasted $70.

   BEWARE. Using this app got my iMessage and FaceTime disabled. I was messaging people I know whose permission I have to communicate with them and still got shut down.

   Horrible Service!. Horrible: it is unprofessional that there is no live person to talk with to answer and solve problems. Extremely and hugely disappointing.

    JACKED UP. My phone has been so messed up sense using this app it doesn’t work with apple I Solent 4 hirs at apple and Verizon trying to fix and switched carriers and still today I don’t receive text from people people don’t get my text my phone has calls go right to vmail even when I have the ringer on what mess I then tried there new feature with there new way where u get a new phone number but it still using the apple OS and now it has gotten worse

    Ken. This app performed well initially, but now it won’t send texts. I rely on it for work, and it has consistently let me down. I am now actively seeking an alternative.

    A SCAM. It doesn’t send mass text messages as a group. It does it individually. They make you pay to even try. Then it’s too late. Requested refund. Declined twice. Even though I canceled within 15 minutes of downloaded. DONT DOWNLOAD AND SUPPORT / give money to THE SCAM

    Bad app. Just purchased the app and about to send messages, all my English message will automatically sending in Chinese characters, no matter how many times I tried, I checked my setting my region is in the USA, also language is in the US both in the app and in my IOS setting…I want a refund for my money!!!!

    Dead no support. Love the app, sent email months ago it stopped working, still paying every month! Sent more emails nothing , called today message says nobody there, wasted over 2 hours on phone today to let google know it’s dead and get some money back , still waiting. Again had this for over a year worked great then dead, no response !

    Purchased annual subscription, won’t work.. I purchased the annual subscription for $69. It charged me $69 but then I received an error. It will only allow 8 contacts per, which it is supposed to be unlimited with a subscription. I cannot cancel online because it will still bill me for the year. I guess I have to wait on an email response from the company. Don’t have time for this.

    Failure!. This app makes no sense. When you go to get help, the prompts are wrong… not only did I waste money… I wasted valuable time that I could have spent on my event. Customer service was not available when I needed them. Hope you have better luck with this horrible app than I did! Don’t say you weren’t warned.

    Clumsy and hard to use. The tool bar doesn’t show how to send a message. Only how to write a template. I have emailed for troubleshooting but so far this has been a dud

    Do not recommend for iPhone. My iMessage was reported as spam through iPhone and will not activate. Not receiving messages anymore and pretty much have no option but to change numbers

    Reach Locked My Apple Emessagng. A number of us downloaded Reach to do mass texting. We realized, a few days later — it caused our Iphones to lock our Imessaging. It was not easy to get them unlocked.

    Terrible. It doesn't send the content you tell it to. It just sends nothing to people. This app is trash.

    So hard to use. The system for importing contacts is ridiculous no matter how many times I try to put the names in there from a CSV file. It says that the columns are incorrect names, even though I followed the exact naming that it says, and then when I add contacts to my phonedoes not update so that I can pick those new contacts. Frustrating to use.
