   New Artist ratings function. I loved this app until they started this new artist ratings. These do not match up with the stations or genres listened to. Because it is commercial free I use this app for my background music as a massage therapist.—which I am increasingly unable to do as electric songs or R&b songs or techno will suddenly show up on my yoga/meditation station. I will have to find another commercial free app.

    Cannot play half the time. Companies that make you listen to ads every minute or so have figured how to block Jango. I can’t listen half the time because their music is blocked. This ought to be illegal.

    Used to work. For years I’ve used this app. Absolutely loved it, then last week it said the servers were down. Now, everything loads, I pick one of my stations, it goes to it but no song ever plays. I hope they fix this app cause I really do like it.

    No sound, no reason given, no errors cited. Tried to listen to any channel, and sound does not work with any of them. Tried to find a setting both in app and on iphone, nothing found. Deleting app because its useless in this condition. Software developers fell short.

    Can’t Rate independent artist. App keeps crashing when I thumb up independent artist and add my email. I guess they don’t really support the “superstars of tomorrow” Fail! Cmon Jango 👎

    crashes all the time now. Ever since i've update app - March 2022, the app crashes when switching stations. Usually, it closes or i have to open another music app to be played and switch back to Jango app. Before update, was playing normally as it should. Also, it now turns on “Home Control” in setting on iPhone without my permission nor my consent especially when i turn it off rebooting/turning on iPhone. Hope this can be fixed...really annoying now.

    Janky. This app plays all B side songs. It doesn’t have a broad range even if it’s the same artist. You can make a favorite list but it won’t play it. For some stupid reason it plays 1 video of your favorite song then stops. Its an exercise in frustration. Then it makes you pick a stupid display name to write a review. Lame.

    Poorly designed. The app randomly stops playing any songs (open error). It literally has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to work again. One more round of that nonsense and this puppy’s uninstalled for good

    Won’t Play Stations. It worked for a while. Now it won’t play any stations. It just searches in an endless loop. I have to toss it out of memory. It will play individual songs. Weird. I am attempting to play on my iPad Pro and hot spotting from my IPhone 12.

    Music should play when locked. I’ve used Jango since it’s been out, I have always rated it well and loved to use it far more than Spotify or Pandora. Until now. It didn’t loose stations but it lost the ability to play in the background or play with the screen locked. The only truly useful features that they had kept when everyone else abandoned it. Now they have gotten rid of it as well. I loved being able to have it play in the background while having navigation or other apps running, I guess that’s over now.

    So slow and skips. The damned thing cuts songs off frequently and won't even play many ( it makes you tap " skip" or else it will just stay stuck forever).

    Can’t play in the background. So for some reason, now the music no longer continues to play while using other apps or while the screen is off. This has never happened before, but I’m not going to waste my battery life for this app. It’s sad because it’s my favorite app too :( Please fix this...
