   audio memo does not work. I paid for the audio memo and it’s not working. It will not record and I don’t understand why

   Atrocious user experience can’t transfer memos off of ipad. Short version: You can’t transfer audio files larger than 500kb out of the app unless you buy the pro version. There are several problems with the UI. If you try to transfer a memo larger than 500kb... you just can’t. Unless you pay for the pro version, seemingly. But given how terrible the free version is, I’m not going to chance it. If you try to email a memo, you get a message telling you to change your email settings to allow sending a memo larger than 500kb. But there is no such setting. When I tried to send via Messages, the UI just completely fails. Adding a new recipient results in a blank row in the UI and it’s not clear how to proceed from there. It’s just astonishing that it could be so hard to transfer a file. I literally might have to play the recording from my ipad into the mic of a separate device in order to transfer the file. This after a half hour searching the web for solutions I really tried. Totally ridiculous.

   Crap. This app does not help me at all. Yes you can record but you cannot download cannot share you can't do anything with the recording in this app it just stays in the app.

   cantorjroskin. Two weeks ago I would have given this wonderful app five stars. I utilize this app almost daily to record Torah portions for my B'nei Mitzvah kids. It is an important tool for my work. Whomever the greedy person is who changed the app that now ruins my recordings and wastes my time, forcing me redo them in order to get me to purchase the app without vocal ads, you have lost a customer. I put up with the screen ads that would pop up every time I set up a new recording. But you have taken away the very purpose of the app. How sad.

    Not the best tool.. I'm in Grad School and I was using this but it constantly just stops recording for no reason, which is problematic if you're taking notes for hours and you don't notice that it just decided to stop or don't have time to constantly check, so it's unreliable. It does have decent quality if you're looking for something cheap to use temporarily. The ads it has will randomly play audio out loud, which is problematic on it's own. And while it does have the ability to amplify and normalize audio, it usually ends up sounding like Charlie Brown's teacher. I'd recommend something else, but if you're desparate or are willing to work with it, it's not the worst you could do.

    Ads are a deal breaker. There are ads from YouTube (with audio) that play while you are recording and when you play back your files. I will be removing this app.

    Upload issue. Can't upload memos they updated to 4.4.0 version. The issue is not my iPad, there is a error message each time I try to upload. Now I'm stuck with old memos that I need and unable to record new ones. Disappointed!! I was going to buy the paid version but no longer going to.

    .... I normally don't write one star rates, but I had to record my voice for class and send it to the teacher. Instead, when I was done, it wouldn't let me send it! 😤😖🙀😾😾😾😾😾😾😾😾😾🙀👎 Sorry to people who like this application but I'm just giving advice to those who may download this that it has a limit...

    App no longer records reliably. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION. It stops recording after a short period, but still appears to be recording, so you might not realize that nothing's being recorded. I noticed tonight that every recording I've made today recordings which should have been over an hour long were between ten and thirteen seconds long. Thinking there had to be a mistake, I listened to them. All of them had been cut short after less than half a minute. After some testing, I noticed the following: I'd start recording and lock the phone. On unlocking, AudioMemos would still give the appearance of recording Pause button and volume level indicator are displayed but the recording length number had frozen after a few seconds. This happened numerous times. The period of time at which it stopped recording varied, but it was almost always under twenty seconds. Yesterday, AudioMemos worked fine. Today, following an automatic update, it doesn't. I lost a lot of things I wanted to record today. This is a serious bug, and, as far as I'm concerned, makes the app unusable. I'll be using another app until this is fixed.

    Such a piece of crap!!. This thing picks up background noise that doesn't even exist!! Pay the extra few bucks and get an app that works.

    Wish I haven't use it to record. iPhone's voice memo is much better. I cannot connect this and transfer my record to computer. It never connect to my computer. I wish I could use iPhone voice memo record at that time.
