   BIG oversight…some parts useless.. This has potential for being a really great app. Easy to add words and they are pronounced correctly. BUT… you cannot be tested on it without seeing the word! So that part is unfortunately completely useless. ***There needs to be an area where you can HEAR the word and then type it. Currently they SHOW the word then you type it with it right there in front of you.***** Also there needs to be an area that audibly SPELLS the word for your child - that would be helpful as well! Please consider these revisions… this app truly has great potential!!

   SpellingNB. Thought it would auto correct spelling errors. Making lists is just extra work with no return. Would not recommend.

   Mediocre spelling practice. My daughter is practicing for her school spelling bee, and overall it is an okay app, but only for elementary school spellers. I only wish there was an option where spellers could spell the word out loud, and maybe the parent could mark it as right or wrong. This app also does not give you a definition of the word, or a sentence as an example. I would only recommend for non-serious spellers, or for a simple 10-20 word test. The list my daughter is practicing with is part of the Scripps list, and it is a pain to list over 100 words in the app, as it takes a while to load audio too. Most of the time the female voice that plays the word does not pronounce the word very clearly and my daughter had to say Repeat the word, please over and over. Please look into these problems. Overall is a pretty ok game.

    Won’t recognize apostrophes. This app won’t recognize a word as correct as long as it has an apostrophe in it.

    Bad app. I went to this app and I was like what the heck! It just has three options and you can't go there as a student. You have to be a teacher or a parent to use this. Can't there be some pretreated tests by parents!

    What happened?!?!. This used to be awesome but something obviously happened?! Was it a recent update? No cursor to type words...frozen on a black screen even before opening up to the irritating ads!! Dealt with the ads before BC this was a great and wonderful working app, but not so good now. Bummed!! Please fix so I can update this review!!

    Not great for young children. I was looking for an app that would have sight words and other high frequency words by grade level and this one doesn't. It a lot of work to make the spelling lists yourself.

    Only 8 words. I'm in 7th grade and I use this app yo study for my spelling test. I have been using it since 4th grade so I was surprised and disappointed when I went to add my first spelling list since last year and I could only have 8 words. I can't pay for premium I'm 13 and I don't feel I should have to. I have 26 words every week. I shouldn't have two create multiple "lists" just to study my words

    Could be better. I’m a third grader practicing for a hard Spelling Bee and a lot of the words aren’t pronounced correctly. The harder words are usually the ones that have this problem but if I tried to learn them this way, then when it comes up, I won’t know what word it is. I know you can change the pronunciation but it’s hard to do it when the deadline is coming up.

    Can’t share lists!. The biggest problem here as the Mom is that I entered hundreds of words by hand on my tiny work cell phone, for my spelling bee champ to study for regionals. When I went to put the app on his iPod, I realized there was no way to log in and share lists! So now, it’s rendered unusable. Second biggest problem is not being able to simply upload word lists. Third problem is that the diction is pretty terrible. Easily mitigated by recording your own version of the word, if you know how to pronounce it. Other than that, the functionality is great!

    Annoying. why can’t I delete lists in-app?! I have to delete the app itself, then re-download, then recreate my lists all over again... training for nationals with this is ridiculous and time-wasting. Fix it.
